Really nice staff, love their product. Used it on the inside of my house. Now I have to use it on the outside. It's very expensive compared to prices at home depot and Lowe's.

Excellent customer service. Clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me choose a color and select the right paint for my project. He applied all the discounts and even loaded the car. I'll definitely be returning to this location.

Had a few issues with orders & shipments up until the beginning of 2022, this has all seemed to change, the staff is great. By the third time I called in and spoke with Lamar, he recognized me and had my account up immediately. I recommend this branch to anyone in the Palm Beach area

Ok, so I goto this location to find a 5 gallon of paint and return a 5 gallon of primer. They didn't have the paint so am like ok who does? They told me our other location 5 miles away. I am disappointed but determined to get said paint, before I leave I ask them to refund the unopened container of primer... they said NO, I asked why and they said something about inventory. Heading to the other store expecting the paint to be there and shocker it was not, they also were out! The guys at this location never called to double check to see if they actually had the paint. Atleast they took care of me correctly found which store had what I was looking for and returned my funds from the primer purchase. They sent me to ANOTHER location which did have my paint and was CLOSER to my house! So I went all over town looking for this 4 gallon of paint all because these two employees were to lazy to get off their phones to properly help me... THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE!

I had not been paint shopping in a long time so I was thankful for Stephan the assistance manager in helping me pick out sheen levels for various products. Have been back to the store 3 times in two weeks (painting outside as well as inside of my house) and Stephan has always been there to help me. Someone should give this guy a raise for customer service!

Terrible service will never go back. I spent a lot of money at the store then I return one of the product the manager there said there’s no refund. I am going to spend my money somewhere else I will give your competitor my business.

Hours for Sunday state 10:00am-4pm. The store was locked and empty at 3:45pm. One of my many Poot customer experiences at this location, but this took the cake.

They have not enough products and they sent to me 8 miles away to another store saying they have it and now in the other SW store said, they have not the paint, they can't play with the time and gas of the customers
