  Regal Animal Hospital has never been a favorite of mine due to their substantially higher prices. However, in emergencies, their proximity, being within walking distance, has been convenient. Unfortunately, their facility is not always clean, and they prioritize selling animal food over providing adequate seating in the waiting room, reflecting their focus on profit. Their staff's rudeness has been corroborated by another Facebook review, as well as others - reinforcing my belief that they prioritize money over pets' well-being.
  
  During one visit, I brought in a cat with crystals, and Regal assured me that removal without overnight care would be fine. However, my new vet, who saw the cat after Regal and refused their aftercare, indicated that this was a fatal mistake. Cats should be monitored for 24 hours after such a procedure, which Regal does not offer. Despite this, they were eager for payment. Additionally, when my new vet's staff contacted Regal for records, they encountered further rudeness.
  have multiple animals, and sadly, I no longer have this cat due to what I perceive as Regal's greed. Overall, I consider them the worst vet I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, this message does not allow for more detail, but I hope this gives you a good understanding of my experience.

  am an avid animal lover who often cares for numerous stray cats, I've had the experience of looking after up to 26 at once. This isn't to boast, but rather to emphasize the financial strain it can entail. I've utilized various veterinarians depending on the severity of the issue, with Regal Animal Hospital consistently ranking as the priciest, even surpassing better quality facilities with more technology.. Despite their hefty prices, their close proximity and Dr. Tory's pleasant demeanor have been appealing. However, one would expect a top-tier facility to justify its costs. It is my opinion that money matters more than the animals to them. Interestingly, their modest space seems more focused on retailing pet products than accommodating customer seating, which is another reason to question their priorities. But that's not the focus of today's review. They were negligent and they in my opinion are responsible for my cat's death . Keep reading to see my justification. Also after the fact I read other complaints - one being on the Better Business Bureau which corroborates my sentiments. My sister and I also recall when they opened up that they were giving free treats to customers that wrote shining reviews in their presence. Yeah we fell for that and my sister is trying to figure out how to remove hers off facebook presently. Before I continue; Given their profit-oriented approach, I must stress that this review reflects my personal opinion to mitigate any potential legal repercussions. It's true what they say about not judging a book by its cover; the facade of warmth often fades when it's time to part with cash. Among the pets I've taken to Regal were Lilly Plum, Rosie, Penelope Plum, Janie Bardot and Olivia Plum, along with several feral cats. Despite being a loyal customer, I've never received any discounts or felt the pricing was fair. The convenient location for smaller services such as shots lured me back a few times more than it should have. But that stopped when their estimate to spay my dogs totaled close to $2000, prompting me to seek out Dr. Moe, who, despite being farther away, offered much more reasonable rates without compromising quality (half the price). Fast forward to February 13th, I brought in a cat for catheterization at Regal Animal Hospital. Initially, the staff seemed friendly, but that changed when they provided me with an extremely high estimate. I tried to negotiate, explaining that Dr. Moe wasn't available that day and stressed the urgent nature of the situation. However, instead of being understanding, the technician gave me a dirty look and became very rude. This behavior was particularly disappointing as I had previously read another Facebook review mentioning similar issues with employees' behavior. In an attempt to find a resolution, I mentioned all the animals I had brought to Regal in the past, including explaining that I had chosen Dr. Moe for my dogs' spaying because his prices were significantly lower. Unfortunately, this seemed to further infuriate the technician, who threw the estimate down on the table and abruptly left, stating that she would be right back. The technician returned, her expression still sour, and informed me that they had stripped away all the additional features, bringing the cost down to something more manageable. She assured me that the procedure would eliminate the crystals, estimating it would take one to one and a half hours at most. I agreed and headed to my car. However, she quickly caught up with me, in my car, requesting my credit card number. I gladly obliged. I returned home and waited anxiously. What was initially supposed to be a one-hour procedure had stretched into almost three hours. This delay left me concerned. Was there a complication? Moreover, I couldn't shake the thought that perhaps my cat was receiving subpar care because the technician was irritated that I had chosen another vet for my dogs. After finally picking up my cat, I was told he would be groggy for about 24

  We have been taking our dog to Regal Animal Hospital for over 9 years. We recently moved about 3 hours north. We tried a vet in our area and were not happy. Since our dog needed her teeth cleaned We drove to Regal for peace of mind. Dr. Tori and Dr. Joyce along with their entire staff are wonderful. Anne and Sabrina have always been the best. We have finally found a vet closer to our new home that we are going to try. We will miss taking Gigi to Regal because we were always confident she was getting the best care available.
