I went to look for a new car had an explorer realized I didn’t like an suv. I had JP as my representative helping me look and figure out what to do with my situation. He showed me options and did not pressure my decision. Great at his job.

Worst customer service ever. Brought in my 2019 F150 (purchased there) for a simple recall issue and they managed to cause damage to engine components. 6 visits later and they have failed to correct the problem. I put a call into service manager David Benjamin and did not get a returned call. I encourage you to read the other reviews on Yelp and you will find similar experiences.

I normally leave good reviews. this dealer will not be getting one. they have an arrogant sales staff and the service department is awful. I have purchased multiple cars from them and they will not get my business anymore. I don't think they care anyway. I have not seen them reach out to all of the other bad reviews that people have left.

My son and I stood in the service lane for 10 minutes, standing next to his car before anyone even asked if we needed assistance. Once we finally met our service advisor, I had to explain why I was bringing the vehicle in for service, it was only two things, which was also written out in detail when I made my appointment online. I felt like I was an annoyance to the employees for bringing my car in for service.

When you need something done in service, Michale Bafumo is the guy you need to reach out. It’s hard to find an outstanding Service Advisor that’s Honest and that has great customer service.
