my wife went in for a drug screening and the older lady that was helping my wife was very rude and snapped at my wife for no reason I hope this is not how all her patients are treated. every one deserves respect no matter what in a professional work place.

Online does not say Appointments Only. So walk in at 7:30am...1 person in waiting room and you can't do a simple drug test that takes 5 minutes? What a waste of time, Quest should be ashamed.

I checked in with the 10 minutes before my appointment text. I was called back shortly after checking in and left before my appointment time on a Saturday morning.
