I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this Publix location. Unfortunately, it has consistently delivered the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at any Publix. Every visit is met with rude and unhelpful staff who seem irritated by basic questions or requests. The store is frequently out of stock on everyday items, and there’s little effort made to assist or provide alternatives. It’s disappointing to feel so unappreciated as a customer. I’ve always associated Publix with excellent service, but this location is a major exception. Definitely the worst Publix I’ve been to.

I love everything about this Publix except the deli. I order boards head cheese and they give me Publix brand when I order ahead on multiple occasions or the orders not ready in time. The workers in deli all look like they don’t want to be there and not friendly except for one gentleman I forgot his name! Every thing else about this store is great. Manager always pleasant and greets everyone.

I went to get Balloons this morning. When Ryan from the Deli was sent to take care of things. Not only did he provide outstanding service. He simultaneously held great conversation with me. I have so much respect for them and hope they get the recognition they deserve!

Love Publix. This one is like any other, clean , well lit friendly staff. Check for sales and use coupons. Sign up for Publix club and save some $$$

Good to have additional store in Wellington but do miss Fresh Market.

So disappointed with the outcome of the cake it doesn’t look like the cake we ordered it seems like they were rushing to do it. Very disappointed with the lady In charge that day she’s not really friendly.

Customer **BEWARE** purchased Publix ground beef (green reduced fat label) last sale date 05/14/24. found small pieces of bone in the meat. This is a health hazard. Especially for small children. Publix should investigate.
