Horrible customer service.They lie about the prices and then give you a different price after it's on your car and if they don't even put the tires on your car that they gave you.The price for I just spent hundreds of dollars on 4 tires drove away and ended up with a flat tire on the side of the road.Now I have to sit here and wait.Probably another hour to have my tire put on.This is crazy.Never again.Will I spend money here and I bought a lot of tires from this place Never again.Will they get another dime from me. The receptionist has a very nasty attitude. This place has really gone down since the owners.Don't work here anymore..

Really bad place to get your work done. Starting with the girl at the reception, she is very very rude and has no idea what goes on in the shop. When you ask her for information about your car she simply says she doesn’t know with attitude. Also they gave us a price and showed us the new tire at the beginning and when we went to pay they told us a higher price and they put a different tire than the one we originally chose and they never inform us. Don’t go there, is not worth it.

I have never been to a business where the people were so rude, it is truly incredible. I fixed a car part and when I go next week to fix the same part that was broken, they charge me 30 dollars more, which means that in one week they raised the price. price but in the end I think they did it because they didn't want to do the work. I would give them a zero if I could.

I rarely write bad reviews, I would say this is the first time. however, the anger that overcame me yesterday was unbelievable. so, my car was leaking coolant because the thermostat was damaged. my brother brought it here and failed to ask how much it would be knowing that we would have to leave it for the day. The next day ( yesterday 08/06/2024 ) they told my brother it would be $450 to fix the thermostat, then it became $595 because they found another issue. my brother then took me there a dropped me off ( why? no clue. ) Once he left I went in and im told $642 because they added “ a one-year warranty “. I already was not too happy, so I continued to go ahead and went to my car. it was the DIRTIEST IVE EVER FREAKING SEEN. I clean my car inside and out about every month, inside and out. on the outside all I see is dirt and mud coating my entire car, bird poop all over my car, and something smeared on the driver-side windshield, which caused me to put the windows down ( no AC on ). Once I get inside I see an EMPTY Red Bull ( which is NOT how I left my car. I clean up after myself. ) I rarely drink caffeine let alone RED BULL so WHY is it in my car? (sadly only have videos of this. ) once I get home I'm prompted to wash and clean my car. now once I have started my car again I turn the AC and it’s not working. why not? I have NO clue because IT WAS WORKING BEFORE. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE !!! I LEAVE MY CAR FOR ONE DAY AND THIS IS HOW I GET IT BACK?? IT WAS NEVER DIRTY TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!

Very bad service here. My car was brought their 4x for the same issues. The car was under warranty for what I paid and that's the only reason I came back. Well tonight same issues. They refused to look at it. My car is not safe to drive it. I have no other vehicle to drive. The managers daughter refused to set the code so i can drive safety till the next day. Also saying I have electrical issues which why was that not fixed the first time. Over $2,,000 wasted down the drain. I would never recommend this place for anyone. As I see this place has bad reviews.

First of all, the manager doesn't know how to do his job. And the thin woman who serves customers is the worst, she gives a high price and has no education. Don't waste your time in that place.

If I could give them zero, I would give them zero. They have terrible customer service. They are rude to customers. Besides, I changed the tires on my car and they didn't last a week. They have bad service and poor quality in everything they sell.

If I could have give this company a 0 start I would have. I bought tires and they put the wrong size, that made my tire to get ruined in less than 2 weeks. I went there and complained, they try to charge me $45 to check it, then told me I also need an alignment. Whiche they didn’t told me the first time I went there. They didn’t took any kind of responsibility and try to charge me as much as they can. Don’t take your car there. They put the wrong size of the tire so you can come back so they can charge you more.
