The petco on jog rd in lake worth Florida in the hot heat of summer has had a broken air conditioner for months now . You mean to tell me Petco can afford to fix the air conditioner ?
It’s hot for the animals , the employees and the customers who shop there . I for one will not be going back .

I recently took my dog to Petco for their vaccinations, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were great and very experienced, putting both me and my dog at ease. The process was smooth and stress-free, and I appreciated the care and attention they showed my furry friend. I highly recommend Petco for your pet's vaccination needs - 5 stars!

Today I had the worst experience I've ever had in a Petco, or any other retail store for that matter. To receive bad service is one thing, to be completely ignored for no reason is something else entirely.
I wanted several fish from aquatics and spent over 30 minutes deciding what I wanted. A sizable selection of glo-fish, they aren't cheap and I was in the mood for some spending. After I knew what I wanted, still not having seen any store staff in the department for 45 minutes. I went to the regester and asked for help with fish. The short, stocky, dark haired, middle aged woman picked up a microphone and asked for help in aquatics.
I returned to the fish...and waited another 15 minutes. Finally, the woman I spoke with appeared, with couple of guys in tow who wanted over 50 feeder fish! I was ignored completely. I know she saw me standing there still waiting for help. She disappeared after she bagged up the goldfish and minnows and I assume returned to the regester.
Figuring she would return, or at least send someone else to help, I waited...for another 15 minutes, however nobody came! I was infuriated having waited over an hour and a half to buy some fish, apparently nobody wanting to sell them to me.
I know when my dollars are not wanted and today, Petco made it very clear they wanted me to buy my glo-fish elsewhere. No problem, Fish Fantasia and Mark's Ark are MUCH closer, cheaper and have always been very happy to sell me what I want or need, with no waiting involved. I traveled over 10 mile to this Petco because I knew they had exactly what I wanted. NEVER AGAIN! I wasted my time and gas for nothing but aggravation.
This is the first time I have been totally ignored in any retail store. I left, fuming mad, making a point of telling the only person I spoke with, wish I'd gotten her name, that I MIGHT BE BACK and felt that waiting over an hour and a half for some help was inexcusable. At which point I left to spend my money elsewhere.
Unfortunately I'm going to have to drop my rating to 1 star. Nobody should be treated like I was at Petco today! I won't return for a second helping of WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOU or WE DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY! Returning isn't worth the risk to my dignity!
