I like this local store, which has a wide variety of cat food, just what I need for my fussy fur baby. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. Every once in a while there's a kitty or two or three up for adoption and a few other animals such as rabbits, gerbils, and so on. The clean store is also a fun place to wander around to browse at the fish in the tanks and other things.

Maitland was soooo helpful and knowledgeable. This store has more to select from than any other local Pet Store, and I have visited numerous ones trying to adapt my home for 2 old puppy mill rescues.

I shop here regularly for my dog and bearded dragon. I can always find what I need when I come here. The employees are so kind, friendly and helpful.

I usually come here often and I’ve bought a lot of fish from them. But I was there the other day looking in the tanks waiting for the employee to finish up helping a customer bagging fish (she knew I was interested im sure since she helped me 2x the past 2 weeks). Instead she never returned. I waited for about 10 mins to walk up to the register to see the two young girls talking away and no one came to ask if I needed help. Left a bad taste in my mouth so I left. I’m not going to beg someone to help me so I can spend my money. This is was on the weekend, the staff during the week is much more helpful.

I pulled up to the store during a storm and the guy working (I think his name was Corey) was so kind and escorted me in with an umbrella! He also walked me back out to my car when it was raining even harder! Best service ever! Thank you so much!

Amazing staff. Vishnu helped me with purchasing a fish and is always very attentive and friendly whenever I come in adore the energy.
