This pharmacy is the best that I have been to in many years. The staff is very curtius, professional, and have empathy for their clients. I am so thankful that I have found a pharmacy that really cares about the customer. I would highly recommend Perfection RX to anyone who is looking for a pharmacy that cares.Richard Peters

Small pharmacy but big on customer service. They are so helpful over the phone and in person. I almost didn’t want to write this review because I don’t want people to know about this hidden gem but it’s important they get the exposure they deserve.

Don’t recommend called to get my refil date to schedule my birthday trip they told me four different dates and then wont honor the date they told me the day before I was supposed to leave. Definitely not giving them my families business anymore.

I love you guys like family and sometimes families fight and I'm sorry for anything I said. I was in withdrawal from my SSRIs and not thinking clearly I'm in a better place of mind and I hope y'all forgive me and let me work with you again I wanted to switch my insurance to be a part of your team if you still accept me? Will you take me back and forgive me please?

My BPD was off, I was not on my SSRIs and switched to a new one and am stable now I hope y'all forgive this old fool. I appreciate y'all

For some reason,when moving to wpb down to Boynton beach,every pharmacy I went into,treated me like a scumbag because of the medication I take.Which by the way helps me with my fight against addiction.The lady at cvs on Boynton and federal was the worst.Funny thing is,she didn't 10 years ago when I drove a Bentley. Addiction does not discimanate.Perfection Rx was recommended. Soi thought ill give it ago,but they will be the same.i have never been more wrong in my life.They are the friendliest and most professional I have ever dealt with since coming 20 years ago to America. Also there prices are the best ever.If I could give 10 stars I would.i challenge any one to go there and tell me I was wrong..If you want quick courteous service.just try them and then you can thank me...

This pharmacy has the most accurate name for a business ever named. As a member of the pharmacy community, for 6 years, this was my life and career and i know how things operate, laws, insurance, pharmacists, doctors etc. So i know when i was dealing with other retail pharmacies, that they were flat out lying to me and couldn’t care less. Walgreens specifically I only used for the 24 hours but since moving, that is no longer an option. They also showed me with my last transaction how little they cared, and knew since the regular pharmacist left. I had to explain to the tech what to do and what it said and read it Latin and she still messed up. Denied my other doctor called things in and said the system was down but I was there filling something the same day. I also constantly overheard things said to the patients about tiers, non preferred, prior authorization and all kinds of technical and pharmacy/medical insurance terms that 99% of people don’t know and at other retail pharmacies, i sat and watched as they would ignore the patients and not explain to them what they needed to get or what the paperwork is and the process and i tried to help a few times to explain in english but it was none of my business. Mo and his team took the time to explain to my husband about the insurance forms the doctor needed to do, and helped out. He made sure to help me after being ignored and lied to by Walgreens when i went to my doctor and picked up the prescriptions, i saw how many times they called and faxed Walgreens’s and another Walgreens’s that also wouldn’t help me either.I started college and my internship after working in a pharmacy like Perfection Rx and with amazing teachers and professionals that made sure i learned and took time to make sure patients were ok and not out of some life saving medication because of a technical or insurance glitch. They are the perfect example of why i worked 6 years in pharmacy, and Walgreens’s is the example of why i quit before finishing my doctorate because of the terrible way it was and is. I worked for another chain and great pharmacist but it still wasn’t enough for me. I wanted it to be the way it was at Romano’s pharmacy my first two years, where we made a difference and almost all people left happy and informed and knew that we cared and were doing everything to make sure they get the medication they need. This is the first place, since my 2 years internship, where i know they care and i am not just a number but a human and genuinely went it of their way to fix my and my husband’s complications and fixed them and I will tell everyone and never go back to a chain store again. They don’t deserve our money nor our insurance’s money. You will leave here feeling like a person, not like storming out of big chains confused and with your script and no clue what to do for medicine you need. I can’t say enough about this place, perfection RX, Mo and his team are exactly what i fell in love with as a career and why i will be a life long patient.

Mo and Neil over at PerfectionRx have been amazing for me. They’ve taken care to get me the brand medication I’ve asked for and have always been awesome about giving me advice on my medications. It’s like what’s pharmacy used to be like. Oh, they DELIVER. ?

Wow after being frustrated dealing with other major pharmacies Mo and Ron were a breath of fresh air! These guy’s not only helped me with my prescriptions they assisted me with ones they didn’t carry calling the other pharmacies for me. I can’t recommend these guy’s enough they are the best I have ever met.

Awesome. Bestpharmacyin WPB County. Extremelyaffordable. , Ronnie, and the rest of the perfection rx staff lives up to the name in every which way. They ALWAYS take the time (unlike every chain pharmacies) to explain to me the side effects and answer every single question with patience. I don't feel like just a number. BC trust me, if you don't think you're just a number to CVS, and Walgreens you're wrong. You might know your pharmacist but they don't care like THE WAY PERFECTION DOES.

This pharmacy has the best pricing with prescriptions, even with the insurance I have. Nicoll, Ron and Mo are fast friendly and always finding the solution no matter what! My daughter even loves going for her chips or candy. Very helpful, highly recommended!

Before Perfection RX I was treated like a junkie.... No one would give me the time of day. What they didn't know or take the time to know is that I recently had brain surgery. I have. Debilitating blood disorder and I also am now on the liver transplant list because of several masses on there.... I an only 37 and I have a 13yr and 8 yr old boys to live for..... anyway, the first time I walked into perfection I knew they were different From MO and Neil the pharmacists actually listening to me ti Nicole and Ron doing whatever they can to make things happen. These people are so wonderful and loving, kind and caring. Detail oriented and Mo tends to make my life better by listening and advising as best he knows how. I could go on and on about these people but there are not enough hours in. Y day. They have changed my life and give me purpose. Make me feel like I could do more.... xoxo

BEST pharmacy! I just moved to the area and I’m SO GLAD I chose this pharmacy. Mo, the pharmacy manager, and Nicholl went above and beyond what is expected for their patients. Nicholl took the time to call my out-of-state pharmacy to confirm my medication in order to fill my meds. Mo is very friendly and does his best to try to help his patients get the best price. I can not say enough about them.Give Perfection Rx Pharmacy a try and you won’t ever be disappointed! ?
