I have to say that I was shocked by the fact that I was taken advantage of by the employees, from what I understood my fiancé had an agreement with the owner that our golden doodles would be charged $100 each for their services plus tip, I was charged $50 more than said agreement. I was trying to surprise my fiancé by paying for the services for her birthday, which is on Sunday. Not only has the company raised their prices four times within the last year, but then when she went to pick up our dogs, bourbon and whiskey, she was then charged an extra fee. I am a general manager of a business, and this is poor to disgraceful business practice. I do understand the cost of inflation with products and so forth, but the fact that I was misled and charged more than extra than what was expected to be, is disgusting to me, I was taking advantage of, and again that is poor business.

Besides the very first time I used this groomer since the new owner, the grooming has been good. My reason for the 1 star is for the dishonesty and poor business management. In just over a year my grooming prices have gone up 4 times for the same 2 dogs. I spoke to Jill about it each time and expressed my disappointment in the fact that I wasn't told before the service. On the 3rd raise I told Jill that I absolutely could not go over the $100 + 20% tip mark for each dog. She agreed to that price and for the last 6 months that's what I paid. This week my fiancé took the dogs and paid for it as a surprise. They charged him $50 more than the agreed price, didn't tell him in advance, and when I came to pick them up, they charged me and extra $40 dematting fee. I understand inflation and that they choose to raise their prices (4x in a year) but they don't tell you up front and don't give you a choice to make that decision. My best friend and a few people in my neighborhood have left them for the same reason. They moved their grooming services to Slaty Dog, who is not cheaper but they are upfront with their customers.

The groomers are so loving and kind to our Coco. The first time she went to Paws in Paradise, she didn't want to go in the door. Apparently, she had a bad experience at a previous doggie salon. After the 1st visit, she prances in like she's having a day at the spa. Thank you for taking such good care of our new baby.

I moved from Boca to Lantana December 2022 and not knowing who was a great groomer for my dog Charlie, I found myself traveling back and forth to SW Boca once a month...A little crazy! I tried one local place that someone in my community mentioned...HUGE MISTAKE! Not only was it the worst cut ever, ( and all they had to do was follow the lines of the cut he had), it was the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. Not wanting to commute to Boca for a dogs haircut, someone else in my community suggested Paws in Paradise. WELL, they were even better than the groomer I had used for 5 yrs, but they somehow managed to make my Charlie look fantastic..which I thought would take several cuts to achieve! You must try them if you haven't....and they're reasonably priced to boot!THANK YOU JILL!MM

I will Never go back ? I had to take my chihuahua to the vet after she struggled to breathe due to ingesting too much water in her lungs ? I should’ve known better ??♀️ Bella was very reluctant to even enter the establishment……. This was only the 2nd or 3rd time I’d gone there since it changed hands……. Sure do miss the previous owner☺️and I don’t expect these owners to last. ??♀️

I was not happy with my original groomers. I'm so glad I found this place. They are reasonable priced. The staff is so friendly. My pooch looks and smells so good.

I love them! We have had nothing but great experiences, the staff genuinely cares about it being a good experience for your dog and they always do such a nice job. Best groomer we have tried!

Brought my dog Bella in to get her nails trimmed. They did a great job and I plan on bringing her back for grooming. You just feel good when you walk in.

If you were looking for a particular cut, I do not recommend their business. Very upsetting and I will never bring my dog there again!
