Part of our contract with Molesbee was that they were to replace any facia board that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately when they did replace the facia board in our courtyard they failed to put back some of the brackets that were holding the Super Gutter in place, causing the Super gutter to sag causing an unsafe condition and requiring me to call in a contractor to replace the Super Gutter. In our back linai Molesbee failed to replace the rotting facia board. This was determined when again we noticed that the Super Gutter was coming away from the building causing an unsafe condition. We called in a contractor who recommended changing the Super Gutter but prior to that about 12 feet of facia board would need to be replaced. I would not recommend Molesbee although they tell the homeowner that they will repair what needs to be repaired they fail to do the job correctly and thus far I have not heard from them.

My experience dealing with the Molsbee team was truly amazing. My roof was in need of some small maintenance (replacing broken tiles mostly) but everyone treated me as if my project was their most important one!
They took before and after photos, they cleaned up perfectly and arrived exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend Molsbee Roofing!

I just had my roof replaced by Molsbee Roofing and I cannot be more satisfied. From my first call with Mark for the bid, to the on site crews (Danny, Merrick, et. al) and Nicole in the office, everyone were professional and showed a genuine concern for making sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Molsbee Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

This review is based on an incident unrelated to a hired service. This is based on an incident that I had when my community's management team hires Molsbee Roofing to replace the roofs. Molsbee broke the main waterline at my apartment and I was not informed for many hours. I unknowingly ingested gallons of infected water !!! Longer story short: Zach reached out to me and apologized. He also promised to pay the difference incurred on the following months bill and when the following months bill arrived he told me that he would swing by end of day to drop off the balance. He never did and several days later when I attempted to contacted him; he ignored my calls and v msgs! Despite the management company'sapproval and praise; I am complaining, because I was affected negatively by Molsbee negligenceLowlife behavior at its best!! Professionalism is doing what you say you're going to do; when you say you're going to do it!
