Where do I start, I went to store #6602 on Lake worth road and jog. Jay was the person who helped me, he started like he really wanted to help. But, he made my problem worse. He got me to get a new phone like he was giving me a huge discount on the phone, nothing but lies. He never asked what plan I wanted, he signed me up for the most expensive plan. He also said that he was throwing in some free items, nothing was free. Instead, he took $9.99 off each item. They were all expensive items. It seems like all he wanted was to makea sell. Jay is the tell light skin male with locs. He is the worst type of person. I'm definitely writing Corp about him, I wouldn't be surprised if the store manager is in it with him.

I've been having problems with my new phone for about 6months. I've gone to another location, I won't mention, with absolutely no help. The same person continues to tell me, there's nothing he can do to help me. My phone is just over 1yr old. ANYWAYS. I want to give a big thank you to Jay. He was professional, kind and extremely helpful and fixed my phone. ???

Came in with my dad to switch my cell phone plan from T Mobile to Metro, the girl who changed it was awful. I don’t know her name because she never introduced herself to us but she had fake nails and eyelashes is the only thing I remember about her. First of all, she spelled my name KAYLEEN in the system so everything in the app is now spelled incorrectly. How do you mess up that bad when you’re looking right at someone’s ID to put in all the information. Secondly, she added on a phone insurance plan I never asked for or approved and lied about the $16 cost of it being the one time carrier switch fee. Saw it was going to be the same price next month and realized something was off. Had to take time out of my schedule to contact the company online to take off the insurance and I still have to get them to correct my name in the system, two things she should have done correctly the first time. She never smiled, was unkind and rude, Worst customer service I’ve ever received. She needs to be retrained completely. Such a disappointment. Will never be return to this location.

This branch was my favorite to be able to make any changes or activation of my lines. Until today I ran into a Hispanic assistant named Alicia who treated us very poorly from the beginning and if you asked her something she answered in a bad way. It's bad that people like that give a bad image of this branch.

Worst service. They trick you when buying. Be very vigilant when buying. They will convince you to buy without telling its final sale so you won’t be able to return. Don’t go to that store if need to buy a phone. They are selling phones at non reasonable price. They are stealing people’s money. Especially Alvaro, the store manager.

I bought a phone from here in April, 2023. November, 2023 the screen stop working. I went to this store to replace it and was told it would take 3-5 business days. I gave her a temporary number to call me when it was done. A month later no call, so I went by there. A heavy-set guy went to the back to check. He came back and said his manager, Alvaro said it wasn't in and that he would call me when it came it. I never heard from him to this day!

Horrible service I tried to call no one answered so I go in store for assistance and then two of the ladies were arguing with me and no help at all the one lady was vaping in store very disrespectful to me.

I would Like to share my wonderful experience at this store with Peter , he is the best, so friendly and professional, just outstanding. He managed to solve our problem perfectly and beyond ,he answered all my questions with patience. We have gone to other stores and we didn't received attention or even an appropriate answer to our requests. If you have any problem ask for Peter .
