I live a hour away but i will be driving here every time i need something just to see AB. Definitely one of the best Metro By T-mobile locations I ever visited, that’s mostly because of AB and the people that works there. AB gave me and my wife the best customer service I ever had at a phone store. AB is very polite and knowledgeable. The store is pretty clean and it always smells good. We got new phones the process was very smooth. Thank you AB for the help.

AB was very knowledgeable and helpful, he’s the only reason i got a new phone for my mom and she loved it. Will definitely be back here again.

1 star, only because there’s no option for 0. Worst of the worst customer service ever!!! I have never seen a representative turn his back on a customer and leave him at the counter without giving him a convincing answer. Very disrespectful and super rude employee!. I had to get back to the store asking for a refund after they overcharged me for adding a new line to my existing plan, they couldn’t even break down the bill for me and every time they tried to give me an explanation they came out with a different version about the extra charge so I finally left the store without the refund or any solution for my problem and that’s a shame, I’ve been a loyal Metro customer for 7 years and I think I deserved a better treatment and also Metro deserves better employees. Now I’m seriously considering switching to another company. Stay away from this place!!

I lost a phone and wanted a replacement. Was lead to believe the cost of the upgrade was 188, when in fact the cost was 90. Additional items that I didn't even ask for was added to my purchase. Upgrades are non refundable. I hate dishonest practices. Never again.
