Old man will rob you,no upgrades,horrible business. Paid no attention to my account for documents from metro pcs. Said u couldn't return the phone and get the new one that was upgrading to. We bought two phones for 500 dollars he said he would sell one for us only gave us 90 and said we can call the cops if we didn't like it.

Don't bother calling them. They make sure whoever answers the phone knows no English or can barely speak it. They switched to spanish and they can't speak that either.
