I do miss the mall office to find out where the sales are but everything is online these days, it has a simple enough floor plan with ok food options. “I did not have a great experience at the Miami State and Liberty location. I drove four hours from Tampa to Miami to do a custom fitting. There was a lady there who did a great job measuring, and she/the staff assured me they would save my custom measurements on file so that whenever I was ready to purchase, we could plug those measurements in and be good to go. I called twice thereafter to confirm this was the case. Imagine my surprise when I went to purchase multiple suits that somehow my measurements were “lost” with no true explanation as to what happened. This put me in a tricky spot as their custom suits have a lead time of approximately 5 weeks. I had no choice but to make the long haul drive once again to get custom-measured. Word to the wise: if you’re getting measured for a suit at the Miami location, purchase that day so you don’t get the run around like I did. At the end of the day, I was a customer who was ready to purchase, and the irresponsible staff placed numerous barriers of entry to prevent a purchase from happening. I took my business to the Fort Lauderdale location, and Brian Appleby/the entire staff exceeded my expectations. I purchased immediately that day. Make the 35-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale and avoid the negligent staff over in Miami.Thank you again, Bryan Appleby and the Fort Lauderdale Team!”

“Very nice shop, you can buy a lot of cowboy souvenirs, but of course also everyday clothes. Nice owners. There is also a second point in Jupiter. At this point you can find a larger selection of hats, shoes and jackets, but fewer gadgets such as knives or sheriff's stars.”

“I visited Carlos at his store in West Palm in preparation for my wedding, as I was looking for the ideal tux. He came highly recommended, so I gave it a shot and I’m thankful I did.
Carlos is very meticulous and strives for perfection. He wants his clients looking perfectly suited and his eye for small details is what sets him apart from other custom tailors I’ve been to. I own around a dozen suits, but none of them fit as perfectly as the one Carlos just finished for me. You can tell he deeply cares about his final product as it’s a reflection of his skill and expertise. I will definitely be back for more suits and sport coats in the very near future.”
“1-15-24 Came to Palm Beach for the day and came to Worth Avenue to do a little shopping. Ralph Lauren is a favorite of mine for clothing as well as bedding. So as we entered the one first door in it landed us in the men's clothing area. We took the elevator up to the second floor to see the bedding. Beautifully displayed bed and lots to choose from. This bedding is one of my favorites and the softness of the sheets and quality is perfect. They will last forever. I took photos of the display as I am trying to decide how to decorate my new home and it definitely gave me choices. This way I can call them to ship when I am ready. As we made our way downstairs back down the elevator we made our way through the ladies area. They had an extensive range that would wardrobe you day until evening just beautiful.”

“Not as much inventory as usual. What is there is great. Update: 8/23 Lots of dark color clothing for fall '23. Store is stocked. Departments are smaller scaled than other larger stores. U/D 5/2024: again stock is limited. Lots of different things but only a few of that item so chances are, you won't find your size.”
“I was looking for a sport jacket for my 17 year old for a Bar-mitzvah and it is a daunting task. Two years ago, I had to do this and I went to so many stores and it was such a hassle to find a jacket or suit for a teen. Here, I told the ladies I needed a sport jacket and they took me right back and pulled one out and by chance it fit perfectly. The jacket came with slacks and they were willing to sell me just the jacket which was very nice. They kept asking questions and before I knew it, I ended up just getting him the whole suit, shirt, belt and tie. It was not a hard sell at all, but they found out my needs and made sure my son looked great.The suit, while polyester, was well made. They even hemmed the pants while we were there and we were in and out in less than a half hour. She found a nice dress shirt that fit well and they cut the belt to fit his slim waste. He even got to choose the buckle. They matched a tie and handkerchief perfectly. I was very happy with the selection.Their stuff is really well priced and I was very happy with the quality service and just everything. In addition to their regular stuff and weddings, I learned they also do a great job for High School kids and proms and stuff. I ended up learning one of the ladies has a kid that goes to school with my son. I didn't want to pay a fortune for a teen suit and I was so surprised that we were able to get everything for around $200 and everything fit so well and he was so happy. For example we went to another men's clothing store before this one and that store, while amazing, didn't have sizes for my son and prices started at around $299 for a suit which I thought was also reasonable.Bottom line, and I can only talk for the high school kids, I would definitely use this place as a one stop shop or for just a shirt suit tie belt or shoes. It was very convenient to find in the Boynton Beach mall. I really like that I didn't have to drive all over creation and then have to go to a tailor and then have that expense and hassle.While shopping I saw a steady stream of gentlemen buying Sunday suits and other outfits. To be honest, I would definitely go back even for myself. My son can't wait for prom, just to go back.”

“I've been here before, but not for a while. Even so, I was surprised not to see a previous review by me for this store. I'm an Old Navy Shopper. I like the brand and have found many useful items at their stores in the past -- plus some very good Christmas gifts. And they've had some fun shirts for my husband. I wanted to come here to see what was new in stock. Even though they are a chain, there is sometimes a slight difference in what items each store carries. I really enjoyed this particular store. Everything was clearly marked, stacked very neatly, with lots of inventory, and easy to find. While browsing, I saw quite a few items that I liked. And I even brought a number of items into the dressing room to try on. My husband found a couple shirts on sale that were a bargain (really! one was $1.99.). So, adding in some things that fit me and that I knew I would get a lot of use out of, and were reasonably priced (they had many items at 30 to 40 percent off), I couldn't resist bringing them home. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that when I went to the check out that I had a few dollars in loyalty credits, so my purchase was even less expensive than I'd expected. Now that I have been here again, I shall be coming back more often.”
