“What an excellent Facility! This place blows your mind the second you walk in with a welcome greeting at the front door by their receptionist. Then once you enter the back office and see how modern and open the floor plan is you immediately get that comfort feeling. They have windows that you can actually watch the technicians at work on your sample. The amount of technology and machinery they have is unreal and state of the art stuff. I felt safe and secure in their hands and will use them again. Do yourself a favor and go see them, you won't regret your decision.”

“Today there was apparently a fire in the building, in which the building was evacuated. My wife, who is disabled had an appointment there during the time. She can walk good without a cane or walker, but two of your staff to the time out to walk her down 9 flights of stairs to exit the building. Even with rude and obnoxious people yelling for her to walk faster and using profanity towards her, your staff disregarded their own safety to assist her. I wish I could’ve gotten their names to show my gratitude, maybe you can assist in that. This was 11Mar25 at the Victor Farris Building in West Palm Beach Florida.”

“Once I arrived they earned 5+ stars, but prior to my appt. I had a question about which vitamins and/or allergy pills to avoid before my blood test. No way out of prompts, no way to speak to a person at the location. After doing some searching I found a general number for Quest and then was able to have my question answered.”
“I’ve been here twice and had a great experience! (If people get called before you, it’s because they have appointments) I’ve walked in both times and only waited 20min at most.
I saw Dr Garzon and she was really nice. They let me fill up my water bottle inside with their machine since I didn’t have to go upon arrival and got me back as soon as I was ready.”

“Been here multiple times now, I always get brought back within a few minutes of my appointment time and the whole blood draw takes probably 10 minutes. I’ve definitely had painful experiences at other places but the times I’ve been here the draw itself is done very well and not painful at all and I’ve had a different phlebotomist every time. There’s nothing bad I can say about this place and I’m mostly writing a review to counteract all the negative ones from people who showed up without an appointment or whatever because it made me nervous to come here the first time with such negative reviews. No need to be nervous apparently.”
“Great staff and location unfortunately very pushy customers with no patience and very aggressive to the staff. I really feel quest making so much money as per the stocks need to provide some kind of security to its staff. Really customers were very nasty and wanted to storm the inside while I could see the staff were doing their best. This is not a restaurant . Please quest get your staff some security the public just make it miserable for your staff .”
“It is the only place I would have blood drawn .The office is immaculate they are efficient and most importantly kind.I have many medical problems and getting blood from me is no easy feat .April works so hard and tirelessly comes up with different approaches .I can’t say enough how wonderful the staff is .”
