Bad attitude, bad service, real abusers, when called on the phone they close down and insult the caller.
I don't know how it is possible that the county has not canceled their operating permit.

I called Joy Towing on Thursday night and talked to Mario, the owner who was so pleasant and helpful. I told him my battery was dead and I needed a tow to West Palm Beach. He was so accommodating and asked me what time and I wanted it towed yet that night. I told him the time that would work the next morning and it was a done deal. Randy was the driver and showed up a half hour earlier. Now days that's unheard of. He was very professional and checked the battery and determined that was the problem. I asked if he cared if I road along as I had no way of pickings up the car. He graciously agreed and took the car up to the dealer and I was all set. I highly recommend this company and very much appreciated their help.

Terrible Terrible experience with Joy towing. The most unprofessional company. Damaged my vehicle and refused to acknowledge what they did. Basically told me I couldn’t prove it. A shame. I asked for copies of my paperwork and was told no.

Predatory towing! I'm in an HOA with up to date parking credentials, insurance and tag and parked in my assigned space and the dirtbags tagged my car for towing stating parking violation. My husband was also tagged with same violation but the neighbors parking illegally in my husband assigned space were not and they do not have parking credentials because they are visiting the neighbors.

Predatory towing. Hope that they go bankrupt. They added insult to injury by making me wait for hours to release my car, while already late for work. Then left it on a flooded street to collect after hours with garbage left on it.

They towed my car from right infront of my house. Parked completely legally in my driveway. Towed at 1:30 am so to be sneaky. No reason at all. They said the security company for our development called them but nobody has ANY information as to why. But I have to pay I’m sure a few hundred dollars just to get it back. I feel like this is theft in some sort of legal form because we can’t seem to get any help. It makes me want to put motion sensor cameras all around my house because now I feel completely unsafe and violated by this shady security company that is ‘working’ with Joy Towing.

•My car got towed on CHRISTMAS EVE because my car was touching the grass and I couldn’t park at my parking spot because I have a BROKEN LEG and can’t carry all my groceries and when I finished putting down my groceries to move my car I went outside and saw a truck THE GUY TOOK MY CAR W/O MY KNOWLEDGE AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME WHERE HE WAS GOING AND ALMOST RAN MY SON OVER HE WAS VERY DRUNK. We eventually found out where they took our car and I went with my 23 y/o son and they did not let him go in to protect me I was alone with a drunk man smoking a cigar for his ”protection”HORRIBLE!!!
