I told him to fix the dents on my bracelet & he didn’t & a anklet. He kept the extra gold when he shortened it. He’s over priced too.

What a lovely magpie store! We so enjoyed stopping in. It’s authentic old school, run by the proprietor, and, yes, you may have to wait if he’s taking a moment out.But the wait is worth it for the courteous and knowledgeable service. There’s a wonderful range of treasures. I picked up gifts for friends at home—both upscale and more simple for a young friend who doesn’t need jewelry she’ll feel guilty about losing, but still likes things that are distinctive.Being close by polo country, there was a nice array of horse-themed jewelry. Not right for anyone I was shopping for, but still fun to look at.…and I loved the over-the-top picture of the three ladies (and a pomeranian) in their boat.

I have tried to visit this business three times on different days. Each day, I’m there during posted hours, the lights are on, but door locked-no away note on the door, and no one answers the phone. This is very annoying. Three separate days I have travelled to shop at this store. If you’re going to leave during business hours-POST A NOTE on the door with the time you’re returning and maybe your cell phone so customers can contact you! Very unprofessional!
