I was in Florida for vacation and went to Iron Therapy to continue my powerlifting training. The gym has all the equipment you need and can be accessed 24/7. The owner and everyone that goes to Iron Therapy are all extremely friendly. If you are a local or just dropping in, I’d highly recommend checking it out.

Great place to work out! Jonathan is very knowledgeable about all things pertaining to weightlifting and building a stronger body. He's there guiding you to make sure you are doing everything the right way. This makes 2 and a half years I've been training, and I will be doing my first push pull competition in November.

This is a 24hr access un-staffed facility.
Our gym is designed for the average lifter or seasoned strongman to find a comfortable place with other like minded people to develop their lifting skills, strength and overall health.
From open gym to very specific routines to preparing for a strongman competition, Iron Therapy could be the gym for you! If you have thought about strongman before or are just looking to increase your strength stop in for a workout.
