Best place in Lake Worth to practice powerlifting or lift weights. 3 deadlift plataforms, 3 squat racks, open schedule 24/7. All kind of barbells. Amazing environment!!!

Big shout out to Iron Therapy Gym for the day pass while I'm in town on business. Much needed therapy!
I def recommend checking them out, especially serious lifters/bodybuilders. But they accommodate every lifter novice or experienced!

Our gym is designed for the average lifter or seasoned strongman to find a comfortable place with other like minded people to develop their lifting skills, strength and overall health. From open gym to very specific routines to preparing for a strongman competition, Iron Therapy could be the gym for you!
