Excellent haircut! Got right in!

I recently visited great clips with high hopes for a fresh new look, but unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse. The stylist seemed rushed and disinterested, and not able to understand which may have contributed to the unfortunate outcome of my haircut.
I walked in with a specific style in mind, but what I received was far from what I envisioned. My bangs were uneven, and the layers were choppy — rather than a smooth, blended look.
However, the lack of attention to detail and the final result has left me feeling self-conscious about my hair. I left the salon hoping to love my new look, but instead, I feel compelled to wear my hair up or hidden under a hat.
Overall, I can't recommend Great clips based on my experience, and I’ll be looking for a different place to hopefully find someone who can achieve my desired haircut. Sometimes, a good haircut can make all the difference, and sadly, this one was a letdown.

Olga the Cuban woman who cut my hair was absolutely great !!! She is my NEW barber....Also a beautiful woman to look at.

I have been to this location before and had no complaint , but today the attitude of the person who cut my daughter hair was not nice , constantly repeated to my daughter that this cut was not for her , bad attitude all the time even when charging .

Got a nice, simple haircut for only $18. I think Leila was the one who cut my hair, and she was very sweet and worked efficiently. The interior of the building was very clean and modern, and there are some hairstyle catalogs and fashion magazines at the front if you need inspiration.

This was a wonderful experience for the first time! Olga is amazing she listens and follows what the client wants. My haircut looks great and I will refer everyone I know. The location is clean, and welcoming I am so glad I read the previous reviews because it was well worth it.
