Made an appointment. Turns out they don't honor appointments. Claim, they were too busy to bother with me today. Claim they didn't have the tires I needed. Turns out they actually did. They were so nasty and so hard to deal with I left, Went down the street, bought the tires and paid a lot less. Goodyear needs some management.

The quality of work here in the past few years has declined so much that I no longer go to this business. For a few reasons most people don't go here. For example all of the mechanics are either new to the field or they have high turnover. The in-store experience was not good with the employees (they don't listen). I should have gone elsewhere after I dropped off my car and noticed that the parking lot is empty and has been for awhile.

PLEASE GET RALPH BACK!!!!! I Have never seen a store so disorganized since I have been going there almost 12 yrs. Ralph was the Store Manager and who was kind, helpful and knew everything. All the mechanics have all left as soon as Ralph did. When you book an appointment you have to make it for when a tech for that particular check up let’s say oil change, or tires will be in. I went there once not knowing Ralph left and since that I returned once more and never came back. There was a $30 package which included oil, tire rotation, check and refill fluids if needed, etc now that is all separate. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. And I know all the old customers must not be going there anymore it is run by a bunch of idiots, who don’t know what they are doing. I wanted to give 0 stars but it doesn’t let you. Goodyear is now Goodbye

was lied to multiple times by employees that they did timing belts and even scheduled to bring in my car only for the guy to tell me they dont and never have. now I've wasted time and money for an uber i no longer need over services they apparently dont do.

New management, in particular the female manager, absolutely horrendous.This place used to be great, and I drive 45 minutes to this specific location because the guys really helped out my mom when she was raising us and had no money, and I appreciate their kindness. Most of them are retired (I think only Jim is left). I cannot emphasize enough that I found the new management, in particular a female manager, absolutely horrendous.She scheduled an oil change the same day I called. I drove 45 minutes there and she told me they couldn’t take me because they had too many cars. 1) Why schedule the appointment to begin with? and 2) When asked why nobody called to let me know they were at capacity, she said it was not their policy.I was incredibly annoyed but rescheduled for 5 days later at 8am because I have a three-year alignment plan with them that’s good for two more years.My brother took my car to the appointment because I had to work. He called me at 8:03am saying they didn’t have an appointment for me and there were 5 people ahead of my car. It was the same woman. It was her mistake and she didn’t care enough to even apologize. Had she had the decency and common courtesy to apologize, I might not have written this review. It could have been that simple. But at this point I wish I had looked at her name tag to specifically identify her in this review.After putting up a stink and asking for Jim (who is on vacation) she said they’d take the car at 9am, which they did, but afterwards she said they couldn’t do the alignment because it was backlogged.At this point we’ve traveled three hours and the car isn’t fully serviced. What a waste of time.My brother scheduled the third (!!) appointment but I did not intend to go there, and unsurprisingly I have not been able to reach them to cancel. There is no voicemail set up to leave a message after hours. I guarantee you it’s “not their policy.”I know good help is hard to find nowadays, but this is ridiculous. I will try to reach Jim and may or may not return to this location.

My family and I have used this place for years. The people were always knowledgeable and friendly. We walked in today to a gentleman who seems to be in training still? And the rudest lady. She is sitting cross legged on the counter (unprofessional), and couldn't seem to get rid of us fast enough. She is going to end up costing them a lot of business in the future if that is how she chooses to speak to people.

Have a follow up to my review from 11/15/23. I finally had time to travel from NY to Boca Raton Florida to take a look at my sons 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Where 2 repair shops reported the motor was blown and car would not run/drive junk it i was told.. After arriving to my sons house where i had paid to have towed to First car battery dead Brand NEW BATTERY so open hood to jump battery and realized the air filter fuel rail spark plugs coils were all taken out and left laying on motor under hood then found box of hardware hidden behind crap in back of car. Where as i repaired all parts taken out and not replaced there was 1 NUT from 1 coil and 1 BOLT from fuel missing being a mechanic i do understand this is an intentionally done to say FU to the customer. After replacing all parts go to start battery still dead did not take a charge so i charged his old battery and replaced the new battery they installed and car started right up ran and drove does need tune up but motor was fine no issues Yet had both these repairs shops say motor was no good Junk it.....As a mechanic who understand how things work. BEWARE OF CROOKS who were paid over $1,000 for repairs that were not needed the motor taken apart yet just replace a battery that was NO GOOD..who looked to ROB/STEAL a student at LYNN from NY... YES We did sell the Jeep and was driven away... Went in and made an appointment for an alignment. Simple right? $139 for the service. Ok Ill take it. Reservation was for 11 am the next day. I went in promptly at 11, they told me it would take MORE than the allotted time and instead of service, they tried to upsell me a package 100% more. Just poor business overall. I told them no thank you and went elsewhere for half the cost.I think their "GoodYears" were probably 20 - 30 years ago but definitely not roday.

This good year location has been extremely professional and helpful through my entire experience. I knew the issues with my car before coming in and they kept the diagnostic time and repair time as short as possible to keep costs low. They did not pressure me into anything that wasn’t needed at the time and only replaced what was necessary. They kept me up to date with all the information as well. They are friendly and easy to work with. I will be happy to bring my car back for future repairs and scheduled maintenance.

I have dealt w Barbie on 3 occasions in the past month and she has been nothing but amazing, prompt at replying w vital details. I will not go anywhere else as long as I’m driving.

Juan and Barbie at store #6642 are amazing, as is the rest of the staff. Their pricing, attention to detail and customer service give me hope that there are people that still take pride in their work and understand customer satisfaction. Definitely a customer for life for all my tire needs.

Came in for a flat tire, get charged for the repair, they sent me back on the road. Guess what... Tire is still punctures but now is 8 PM. I have to leave the car up front their place and ask them to fix it correctly, mind not the travels back and forth in uber and the additional inconveniences. They took down the tire one more time and they say there's a hole they didn't see yesterday and they can't repair. Now they are trying to sell me a tire. When I asked the mechanic yesterday what was wrong with the tire he said "nothing it just need it some air".The representative also told me he was willing to "take the repair charge OFF the cost of the new tire" (They actually returned the 25 for thebtire fix, all things said)This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered in my auto care . Please stay away from here

This used to be a good place to have your car fixed. NOT NOW. They took my car in with a broken door latch. They took the door off and did not put it on correctly. Now the door will NOT open from inside or outside. They refuse to fix the door. I have never seen such incompetence. Do not go there for repairs. Management has changed and it's about money and they don't know how to repair cars. STAY AWAY.

I paid for an oil change (Ultimate Plus Package) which includeFREE Tire RotationUltimate Engine ProtectionEnhanced Fuel EconomyComplete Fuel System TreatmentPremium Oil Filterand FREE 29 point vehicle inspection. This first item on the list is a FREE tire rotation. They did NOT. When I asked if a tire rotation was done, the manager Responds by saying I didn't tell him I wanted to have them rotated. I told him it's included in the package I paid for and he replies by saying I didn't specify I wanted it done and some people don't want their tires rotated. He then tells me he can do it but it will be a while and I would have to wait again after I waited already for my vehicle to be done. They also did NOT do any type of inspection or tell me what my vehicle may or may not be in need of. They didn't top off any fluids...NOTHING. This package was not cheap and I expected better service and treatment. I will never return to this place again. Piss poor service!

Have a nail in the tire on my way to the vet with a dog and cat . The staff was prompt ,caring and quick to get us on our way by repairing the tire quickly
