I never leave reviews, but this experience made me do it.
I went to this store after I bought one specific game online and got the wrong one. In theory, it should be easy: Take to a store that has the correct game, and replace it. No cost for me, or the company. Sounds easy, right? Well, turns out, the manager thought I was trying to scam the multi billion dollar company, when I was only trying to get the correct order that I paid for. Not only he refused to sell the steel-book version that was right there in the drawer, he handed me the disc only version.
Long story short, I should have just returned the game and waited for it to be mailed to my house.
Not returning to this specific store ever again.

I practically never buy trading cards from Gamestop and this store just gave me the best reason why going forward!The management that works here, specifically the boss named Jeff tried saying myself or others can only buy a certain amount which I've never heard of Gamestop enforce such a rule! This guy comes off as rude and his lackey Serafin threatened to ban my friend and I from this store just because we wanted to buy Pokemon cards of all things! They then accused us of flipping which honestly what we do with the cards afterwards is none of their business literally.These two are extremely unprofessional and its a shame that Gamestop keeps hiring creeps like this! To anyone else reading this comment and wants to actually enjoy their hobby I STRONGLY suggestion Prodigy Games, Blast TCG or Double Infinity! It's better than letting your purchases fund paychecks to people like this!EDIT:The staff must read these reviews and try to get other people to write fake good reviews but they're not genuine! Gamestop is a dying chain because of the toxic staff they hire like Jeff and they can keep writing as many fake good reviews as they want. If you don't want to deal with creeps like Jeff and just want to buy cards then support the local card stores or even Walmart instead of dealing with this creep!

Don't waste your time going to this store. The staff is extremely disrespectful and rude. They treat you like you are trying to steal from them. The manager here has the nastiest attitude and makes up his own policies. GameStop needs to reevaluate who they hire or train them properly. Worse customer service I have ever received from a company. Thankful for GameStop online customer service. My issues were resolved within 5 minutes

Very rude experience with Serafin. I went in to see what I could get for trading in some old games and consoles I had. There was nobody in the store, and he had such a bad attitude the entire time. Pure laziness and poor work ethic. If you don't like your job, do us all a favor, and don't work there. I have been reminded why GameStop will always be the last resort option. Never going to this sorry excuse of a game store ever again.

This location Gamestop has awful management "Jeff" who force you to purchase insurance, and Pro memberships just to purchase a controller. ( Nowhere on the Gamestop terms and condition does it state you need to be a Pro Member to purchase a controller) But Jeff refused to sell me the controller unless I purchased a Pro Membership. They will refuse to sell you something just because you are not a Pro Member. Only Gamestop that I am aware of that does that. beware of this place, they are frauds. I even contacted HQ and told them what this location is doing, and even they said it's against the Gamestop policy!
