This place is the worst customer service , my devices have been in here for months and no one answers the call , Cesar the owner has my devices in his possession, I will make a police report and BBB REPORT ON THIS PLACE , don’t do any business here .

I attempted to get my iPhone 11 fixed here. I called for the past 2 days during business hours with no answer. And I left a voicemail with no response. I stopped by after work on the 3rd day of attempting to contact someone (during business hours). The door was locked with a note on it from a customer begging for their phone back, followed by a UPS missed shipment notice.
As I was walking to my car to leave, I saw a police officer pull up and knock on all the entrances of this business with no answer. This is clearly not a good place. I will gladly bring my business elsewhere.

LIES - I have an IPhone 11 & as soon as I got home it stopped working completely!!!! I’ve been trying to get a hold of him & he won’t answer’ Mailbox is full! Stopped there several times & not open! Stinky place too
