Hi my name is Rose Inzirillo, just returned from picking up my dog Blake. He desperately needed to be groomed. I read reviews & came across Fluffy Puppy, saw some bad reviews but my neighbor has 2 beautiful dogs that get groomed there. I took the chance & went there.The owner Linda was more than helpful, the groomer Gerardo explained everything that he was going to do I have never been happier with a grooming experience.Best part , Blake is happy .

A follow up to my experience I took my dog somewhere else and what an amazing difference the place is immaculate and well kept and NEVER KEEP THE DOGS IN CRATES while the owners dogs prances around in Fluffy Puppy The place I went today had gorgeous furniture for every furry friend to relax on while waiting to be picked up and best of all the grooming was impeccable and they had no trouble at all grooming my dog who suffers from anxiety .My dog knew that these people in Fluffy Puppy were mean spirited .They should be reported ! Please be aware bc one never knows what goes on behind closed doors and they should close the doors in FLUFFY PUPPY PERMANENTLY.PLEASE READ MY REVEIW BELOW FIRST ,AND THEN THIS .READ HOW THEY MISTREATED MY DOG AND NEVER TOLD ME WHEN THEY NIPPED HIM UNTIL I CALLED THEM AND TOOK HIM TO THE VET !!

We went in just to have our dogs hair around her eyes trimmed and nails cut. We could not have been more pleased! Service, price and location all excellent!

Don’t recommend they charge for service that they don’t do and say they didn’t have time, really then why book appointment? Then they still charged for things not done saying it’s a package price REALLY then so the package

I made an appointment for a standard poodle because my excellent Grooming is far from us and I’m trying to meet someone near. I spend a lot of money on my baby. I don’t care, he is for me very important. The lady on this business was so rude sending me a text because I didn’t show up after I got an emergency. How does a business like this get new clients? Lady you should findout first what happened before assume. Thank you for your actitud, you saved my Sunny of going to a business with a rude person that Doesn’t have any idea of how to be kind. I don't want my baby near you.

Asked the owner to just trim our dog. We brush him daily to keep him mat free. When I picked him up he was shaved from head to toe. When I got home I discovered an open cut under his arm with blood. I took him back this morning to extremely politely let them know I was displeased. The male owner became irate, telling me “it’s just an animal , and accidents happen.” He proceeded to call me an MFer and to “get the F out of his shop”. If you love your dog and don’t want them to be maimed, steer very clear of this place. Wish I had the ability to post the pics of the cut, and the video I took of the owner calling me a MFer

Hands down the best groomers I have ever been to! Forget all the big name companies and come here. Service is fantastic and they treat your little furry one like one of their own family members. Forever will I be coming to Fluffy Puppy. Even the name makes me love it more ☺️
