the staff looked really unhappy and the guy in the front was really rude. I believe his name was Timothy if that was even his real name but he was not helpful and really rude. I will not go back and advise people to go somewhere else

I would like to share my past experience I had at this dispensary. As soon as we walked in we were never greeted but we're instantly given the stink eye by the employee named Timothy. He was very miserable and rude. He never once smiled or made us feel welcomed. He rushed us to make our order and made us very uncomfortable. When I asked him a question about a product he rudely replied as if I was already supposed to know how the product works! Anyways he was very rude disrespectful and condescending and it seems more like he is forced to be there and has no right working with ANYONE in general! I was very upset and disappointed and after 3 extremely rude terrible experiences I will never return to FLUENT in Lake Worth Beach ever again and I will definitely spread the word to my 420 community

Horrible experience time after time with the same employee Timothy he doesn’t care about his job or his customers. I want to spend some money and was asking about Device spoke to me condescending. I decide not to spend the money. He was having a bad day, but he’s completely rude. Every time I go in there I’ll make sure to let my four community know not to go there.

Couple times over last year, crap service, slow service, and bad attitudes…never knew last comment could be a problem in a weed store but this place has had issues…staff not quit with it today just as last year

Sat in the main lobby for 10 minutes one person was being helped in the back nobody came out To greet or check me in with three others, waiting finally myself, and another walked out without even being helped

The dispensary is kind of sleazy compared to most. Large amount of standing water in parking lot almost 2 days after rain. Difgicult to navigate water to get to entrance. Will use other facilities going forward

Every time i am there i gotta go see Joey he is very knowledgeable about cannabis. He has been working in the industry for years he never miss it’s like he knows what you want before you even get there just walk up in hand him your money because he got you ?. I appreciate everyone just for showing up because the store will not be open without you the real heroes the true grinders!

The guy at the front with the curly fro always has a attitude. We've been there a few times and he's just rude. We probably won't be back but I like the vapes so we'll see. The girl working with him was nice but he needs to work in the back away from people.

My first time visiting here was in 7/14/24 at around 4pm and there was three gentleman at the front . I tried to greet them but didn’t get much of a response back so I didn’t mind . Once we got to the back I normally ask the same questions to all dispos. Any deals? What do you recommend ? Ect. The man really just pointed to the tablet and said “it’s all there” . And after trying to get an in depth answer , he really just kept saying “ it should say on the tablet” . So I just bought two items that I had purchased at a different fluent. Definitely no help and just didn’t want to talk to me and his coworker basically did the same thing to a different customer but wasn’t as bad tbh as the guy who helped me.

Their prices are ridiculous. In a time where there is literally a dispensary on every corner they sell their medications 20% higher than any other dispensary in the area. They never have any deals or discounts. It's the greed at fluent. Even Rise has better deals. Trulieve has 20 dollar 8ths up to 30% THC all day. Grow healthy always has great deals as well on both indoor and outdoor strains. Don't limit yourself when it comes to your medications. You can get better bud for cheaper everywhere else. Fluent is way too high and they are not coming down. I've tried. Sunnyside is another good dispensary with good pricing. Fluent has to do better. It's all profit. I mean the stuff literally grows out the ground. If fluent really cared about their patients they would definitely consider dropping prices to match the market. They think all their clientele is rich. Again people look for the deals online before shopping. Many great places with beautiful price points for the same quality or better.

I used to go to Trulieve but found out about this place through a friend and now I don't go anywhere else. Great deals, nice staff, and an all around fun vibe. The vape carts and edibles are good quality. They always have fantastic promotions, a good rewards program, and I love their seasonal merch. :)
