I walked in to return a package from wayfair via fedex that weighed around 35lbs, as I walked in the door I noticed a employee staring at me so I assumed I was going to get some help from him. As I proceeded toward him he told me No! we don’t accept packages that large. I looked confused because if you go online the website doesn’t mention any weight restrictions but I’m not the one to make a big seen so I walked out. The thing that bugged me is there wasn’t no customer service like let me try to see what other locations you can drop it off at, let me see if there is something we can do for you, it was just a plain out No and he went on with his day. You guys need to send some of your employees back to orientation and have him take some serious customer service training. I did get the employees name
