Regardless of negative comments. I love this place.. Ihave and will purchase clothes. The items and all clothes are of high quality. Not goodwill, faithfarm, walmart I will continue to shop there. Just bought a brand new sundress. Thank you connie.

I would advise do not to consign with this shop. They will rip you off. I brought a bracelet over $1,000 to Connie’s. And called every month. Due to family situation. I had to go out of state. She finally sold it and she told me I didn’t get my check. and they cannot rewrite me another one.i told her my situation. And she told me everyone has problems. And she can’t help me. Do not do business with that old bag.

Stole from me! When I insisted on my things back the designer bag and jeans were not there. Yet, every month I called and they said nothing sold! Don’t trust the owner at all!!! She had the nerve to lie and say she donated my designer items yet everything else was given back to me? I know she sold them and kept all the money. How else can she keep her doors open… not selling junk! Don’t go there to consign, you’ll never see your things again!

Love this place and the owner. I’ve never had an issue with her. She’s very transparent about how she sells your items. I’ve been selling items in her store and buying items from her store for years.

This store was intriguing. It used to be located across the street -- that is in the shopping center with the Publix on the east side of 441 -- but has now relocated to the west side of 441. It's just south of Subway not far from Hurricane Wings. Because this strip end is not that busy, there was plenty of parking right outside. Inside, the store has a ton of clothing, shoes, jewelry, purses, and other accessories. I really liked some of the items they carried. Lots of pretty clothes that I would like to have -- albeit not all in my size. And if you're looking for an evening dress for a special occasion, they have these as well. Designer and high ticket items abound, but there's a variety of pricing. Right now they were running a sale. Most items were half off. I'd like to return to browse when I have more time. And maybe even bring some clothing here to consign.

The owner of this store is rude and unethical. Despite following up and going into the store to see if I could locate my merchandise (within the 3 month period before they are donated) I could not find the new Michael Kors shoes that I had brought in. I was told that they were donated despite my asking her to get in touch with me if they did not sell so I could donate them to a charity for women going back into the workforce. Very shady and when you call her on her on the lies, that does not go over well. Stay away, nasty attitude!

Find another consignment store that is more ethical or do as the owner suggests and donate your items to charity right from the start. She does not give you an itemized list of the items you drop off and claims she does not give out checks under $20 but will encourage you to come in and shop with whatever is in your account. Beware of this place!

The owner of this store recently moved locations from the Woods Walk plaza to the Walmart Neighborhood/Strathmore plaza across the street. She is rude and just an unpleasant person who is extremely unethical. Because of the move, she supposedly "donated" new items that had been brought in for sale. I had asked her to get in touch in case the items did not sell as I had a charity I wished to donate them to and she advised me that unless it's Gucci, LV or a top designer, she does not call for you to retrieve your items. I wonder where Coach and Michael Kors fall on her list? Out of 12 pairs of shoes (6 brand new in the box), she told me that I had $5 that I could come in and shop with as she does not issue checks under $20. Karma when it comes back around......STAY AWAY from this place!

I feel that I was cheated when I dealt with this store. She took my goods and never gave me a penny. I brought in an expensive Worth Avenue necklace that i paid several hundred dollars and I never saw one penny from her. She "claimed" that she sent me a cheque as I am a seasonal resident in Florida and I never received it. She has refused to issue any new cheque or any cash. I would not deal with this business based on my own experience..

I stopped in as a shopper (mostly window shopper) not as a consignor. I thought she had a great selection of gently used or new with tags still on items. There really is something for anyone who is looking to bargain shop for high end designer merchandise at a more than half off price tag. The shop is not very big, yet Connie manages to cram in as much as she can display. She seems to know where most everything is, even under tables and in her back storage area. Connie is an older woman who has been around the fashion world and her knowledge of what she carries seems to be good for the second hand consumer. Handbags from many designers and shoes seem to be quite abundant as well as jewelry and clothing. There were some antique trinkets and dishware which was gathered in sets and the artwork was all quite interesting. Though I was really just window shopping, I would definitely return if I were looking for an evening gown or if I chose to be a consignor.

Seeing all the horrific reviews from people who have brought items to her to consign I am glad I didn't make the phone call to set up an appointment after speaking with her a month or so ago. Seems things go missing a lot and nobody gets paid and then they can't get their items back if they don't sell. Too many really bad reviews about consignment experiences there for my liking. I will seek another place to do business with based on over a half dozen horrific reviews ranging from 4 months ago up to 6 years ago.
