Agree with all the other reviewers. The people who work at this branch are lazy, don’t answer the phone, and rude. Chase is great - just not this branch.

Poor Banker customer support. Had a question regarding security between linked accounts and Albena was rude and dismissive. I can bank anywhere, don't need to be spoken this way when I am asking about securing my substantial assets.
