Horrible “customer service”. We walked into the store to get assistance with porting out a phone number because boost customer support told us we needed to go into a store for “account verification” . The representative , Michelle Bautista, that assisted us was nicesty (“nice while being super rude”) instead of focusing on helping us she kept repeating how the other company did their job wrong and it was their fault. And how it’s against the rules for her to call customer support but since she is “nice” she will accommodate us. She called customer support with music blasting from her computer and when we asked if she could lower the music, she looked us straight in the eye and said “no” with a mocking smirk on her face. Mind you we couldn’t hear the representative on the phone. She was also very rude to the customer support representative and complained about having to repeat herself to the representative. (Just a thought: Maybe if you lowered the music he would hear you better) She was Incredibly unprofessional, sarcastic, and rude. When we confronted her about her attitude, her colleague told us we need to get a better sense of humor. They also said they are not there to provide customer service but to sell phones and take payments. To summarize, HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED HELP.
