This was an interesting store. It's located in the same shopping center as the Wings Plus. We walked over to browse after having lunch. The store is a used bookstore perfectly located across the street from the college. It specializes in selling (and buying) textbooks for the college courses offered nearby. In addition to the textbooks, they carry non-fiction and fiction books (mystery, sci-fi, romance, etc.). The non-texts on the shelves are neatly arranged by category and alphabetically by author. In addition to books, they have some quick study guides, lab coats, and notebook binders, among other things that a student might find useful. Oh, and they even had a section of children's books, too. After browsing a bit through the titles just to make sure we hadn't missed anything, we left without buying anything. But we were glad we'd stopped in to see what they have so we'd know.

The store manager is very unfriendly and treats consumers without the slightest patience! I ordered a book 15 days ago, they asked for my phone number and even without calling me I went twice to see if it had arrived. Finally, the book arrived and they sold it to someone else! These 2 stars go to the other people who work there and are always willing to help.

I drove to BookSmart to find out if selling at this place would be more profitable. I mistakenly purchased a book my professor did not need for class. I also advise to check the Syllabus. Anyways, I walked inside the store to see if I can sell my Elementary Statistics 13th edition, the newest edition in the textbook world. This textbook costs $241. She told me she would give me $1. I walked the other way with a disappointed look on my face. Rather the Bookstore gives a great return in value up to 50% more or less depending on the quality of the textbook.

Very convenient place to get textbooks for dual enrollment at PBSC. The people who work here are extremely friendly with customers and clearly explain any further instructions!

I purchased an access code from them just a day ago.They overcharged me I went there and asked for a refund they refused to even though the access code was unused. Talking about there’s no return for summer A, I purchased that sh*t with my own money not money from PBSC.

Back in school again!!! I decided to take one course this semester. I'm one of those learners that needs a hard copy book from the bookstore and not a virtual online version. For example some courses the books are way more expensive if they are book version. But the class I was taking was only $10 difference between virtual and loose page version. The employees was very helpful and showed me where it was located. The line had 5 people infront me and took a long time getting checked out. Wished they had check out service or something else. But the employees are nice. Yes getting materials are expensive but spending money on bettering your life is sometimes needed. Overall a good experience.
