First bad experience, but first a huge complaint and totally unacceptable. During the winter holidays, NOT ONE BIG LOTS carries anything for Hanuklah, there is NOTHING for any Jewish holidays. Considering the amount of Jewish people living in Florida, it's hard to believe that Big Lots are Antisemitic! You are losing the Jewish community.
Next. This trip I went for plastic shoe boxes and tape. Not only did you not have them , but there wasn't a service advisor anywhere on the floor. I left and got what I needed elsewhere.
