I was at the shop earlier today because I set an appointment to get my phone fixed at 5:20 and I was told “yes you can come at 5:20 today” on the phone while setting the appointment . When I arrived at the shop I was told “ Im sorry but we’re backed up on phones and we’re waiting for three more”. I find it disrespectful how one of the workers who was fixing somebody’s phone on the side told me disrespectfully “ if I could fix your phone I’d be lying” rolling his eyes. What really threw me off is that they could’ve said that they were backed up to begin with instead of wasting my time.

I unfortunately had to come here a number of times due to a phone that had one problem after another pop up once the other was fixed, but I really appreciated Brian's professionalism and persistence in trying to fix my issues. Although they weren't finally able to solve all my problems, they proactively offered me a refund on the original repair they performed without me having to ask. Great store and great staff.

Hate to do this but got my screen fixed about a month ago from y’all worked good then out of know where the screen shut off took it to a metroPCS to get re-fixed they said who ever did this last time did a really bad job and didn’t put it back together properly

Don’t buy any batteries here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. When I purchased a battery from here this past September they assured me there was a year warranty with the battery. My battery is completely dead 5 months later, they will not warranty it. Nick is the representative of batteries plus that will not stand up to there fake warranty that they offer there customers. I will be taking business elsewhere, I do not appreciate it being lied to. They lost a loyal customer. Just want to save someone else the headache.
