If I could leave no Stars....it ought to be an option. Inept! How is it that a bank does not have enough money to cash a check? This is the 4th time, but this branch is particularly rude and unprofessional! Sattie Pearson was exceptionally rude and combative. How can you refuse to accept blame, when no one is blaming you? Unreal. Coming from a customer service industry, people are the priority and this person needs a few classes, as if home training wasn't enough. It was an extremely exhausting conversation. And everyone around her was in awe of the way she handled herself. Shame..."ring the bell", Shame! An hour later, I'm sitting down and waiting to be taken care of while she figures out a way to cash a check.

This is the worst bank experience I’ve ever had they closed my account without any reason ok had two business account and they both closed hope no one open account with this bank industry is a fraud

Worst service customer. Without any reason they close my account. Not even a phone call.
Have never overdraft, being rude or anything that will prompt this decision.
