I got to Aspen Dental. The offices had a good environment . After a short wait, I was lead to a Xray room for a panoramic x ray and then to a different room for individual x rays. After the x-rays , I was taken to .the dentist chair and the assistant checked my gums. the assistant said she had to go over some recommendations, she never did. The dentist came in and told me I needed four crowns and the removal of one of my teeth and a bridge. He told me that it was basically cosmetic. I told him that I did not wanted any cosmetic done, he smiled and left. Then a lady came and asked me to follow her so we could go over my dental plan. she told me that after a $2000 discount I had to pay $9000 for the treatment. I told her that I was not interested in any cosmetics and I was not interested in paying anything that my insurance did not cover. She told me that insurances did not cover everything to a 100%. I asked for my yearly cleanings and she told me that it was $900 . I was surprised and she answered that it was a deep cleaning. I laughed, thank her for her time and left. I felt that they were picking inside my pockets just to take as much money as they could out of me but they did not worried about my dental health. I forgotten to mention that they charged me with$ 30 because they used a blue light in my mouth to discover if ai had any lesions in it ( I agreed to this payment because I was unaware of what it was - not their fault but mine ) I can not recommend them. I had my dentist in NJ and I never felt treated the way I was at Aspen Dental.

Office is really nice & clean. This was the most amazing care and service I've ever had at a dentist. I am so happy to be starting a treatment plan here.

I was one that was always afraid of the dentist. but when I went in there they made me feel very comfortable and the hygienist Ms Eveillard Was very gentle doing my deep cleaning. And I'm very impressed with the staff. Thank you all very much. I look forward to going back to the dentist now.

This place is AMAZING!!!from the first contact with Woody to the dental hygienist Maria, Stephanie the xray tech and Dr Michelle. I knew I was in great hands. Everything was explained and my concerns were handled with care and compassion. I would HIGHLY recommend Aspen dental @lake worth location. A+++++ from start to finish.

I had a problem today when one of my teeth broke off! The Lake Worth office saw me almost immediately and did the necessary repairs promptly and happily! My initial worries about getting this problem fixed were relieved quickly after arriving at their office and being cared for by the very understanding staff! This place is horrible. Customer service is absolutely horrible. They take advantage of young patients. I am 22 and I came in for a reseal on a previous root canal & they told me I had to get a new one. Long story short I proceeded with the procedure & I signed up for carecredit. Failed to explain to me how much they were gonna charge on the carecredit card. On top of that, after the procedure was done, they were sizing it to my mouth & told them multiple times that it doesn’t feel right & they still sealed it. 3 days later the crown fell out & now I’m stuck paying over $1200 for nothing.

Great facility they saved my life today although I couldn't afford to have an abscess drained in pulled they prescribe me strong antibiotics and within six or seven hours it started to kill the infection. They even got me approved for almost 3,200 in credit with them with only $50 down. I wish more dental offices work like they do. Everybody in the facility was very nice to me and even though my teeth look like a horror story they didn't like make me feel bad or ashamed they just wanted to help me

The experience was wonderful can't complain at all the stuff is so wonderful. The service so great she's taking her time to do my cleaning , she did a great job, and she did know what she's doing. I am so happy because I find Aspen Dantal online I don't regret finding you guys thanks for everything May God bless all of you.

All the staff was amazing and the dentist Dr. German Mendoza was amazing and he was very professional and did a great job on my mouth. I recommend everyone to visit him. Quickly no waiting and I felt no pain and I will be going back for more work

Great people and very efficientNo waiting for hours in the chair looking around for someone ? Tanya is a keeper!! She is excellent at her job and keeps it fresh and light. I can leave there with a smile even if my teeth hurt ?

Wouldn't allow me to go to the back with my 4 year old. That is always weird and doesn't sit well with me if parents are not allowed with their children. They then told me my son had 4 cavities which seemed off to me because his previous dentist he saw before our insurance changed said he had no cavities. They also wouldnt show me the xrays. I took him somewhere else for another opinion and they told me he had no cavities. So they wanted to drill my kids teeth for money it seems. Be careful.

January I signed up for a free consultation. I found out they charged me for my visit and x-rats that were never given to me at that. I called my insurance and will be working with the fraud department. Check your insurance people!!!

Worst place to go. They wanted to do root canal on a tough that has more than half the crown missing so I decided not to go ahead with the procedure as o know eventually I will have to remove it some day. I had the tooth removed and I should have gotten some money back. I was given the run around and was fed up then I was rude to the receptionist so I could get my money back.

Got an exam and xrays done. They said I had one spot that was the beginning of gingivitis and I had to pay over $200 for a deep cleaning not covered by my insurance. When I said I just wanted to get a regular cleaning they refused. Ultimately they got no money from me at all because they took the gamble of being greedy.
