The furniture is not even quality or worth paying for number 1. My bed broke less than a month of having by simply sitting on it. The harass you for payment even if you explain your financial situation and give them dates of when I'm able to pay. Showing up at the door for payment . I explained to them I would be able to pay half of my payment and give the rest at a later date that have charged my account for full payment without my authorization which then put my account in the negative on two occasions. They will blow up your phone looking for payment but when it comes to me trying to contact them about unauthorized transaction all of a sudden they can't answer the phone . There are some people who outright don't pay and some people who actually try their best to pay and they think it's okay to just take your money leaving the account overdraft which further puts you behind on bills .The furniture is poor quality !!!

The service is unique and amazing. Their products are so great anything you want, if it's not there they will do their damest to get it for you. Been a customer for years and never been disappointed. Please try them out you won't regret it.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!!!! WARNING TO ANY PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS- If you're looking for furniture do yourself a favor seek elsewhere...I ordered a rental sofa online and was told a rep would contact me... they did not... I finally contacted them. They then told me the furniture I paid for was out of stock. I picked out a new set, and never heard back. When I called to see what the hold up was, they informed me that the second set was also suddenly out of stock. After picking a 3rd sofa set, the delivery people never showed. They then showed up un-announced when I wasn't home. Finally, after the third delivery attempt, they delivered the wrong sofa set, but since it was so difficult to receive furniture from these people, I settled for the ugly sofa they delivered.After one month, instead of mailing me a bill, a man showed up at my doorstep demanding payment... They expected me to pay a stranger who shows up at my door saying he works for Arona. I called the store and paid via phone because I wasn't giving payment or credit card info to some furniture hustler who shows up randomly looking for cash. That was the last straw for me, so I purchased my own furniture because I was done dealing with this ridiculous company.I scheduled a pick up, and surprise surprise, they never showed up to take back their furniture, after keeping me waiting the entire day. So, the furniture is currently sitting outside on my porch... maybe when the "furniture hustler" comes for next month's payment, he can carry these ugly couches back to whichever part of hell they came from.If you check my google profile, you'll see that I never write reviews like this... and I work in retail customer service, so I have patience when mistakes happen. But this place was a nightmare!!!! Each level of my experience with Arona was plagued with mishaps and errors- they'd apologize, but then they'd keep messing up over and over again. I can't believe I paid these people...they should have paid ME for putting up with this miserable experience. HEED my warning and spare yourself the aggravation.

Never again will I use this company! On the date of my bill they are constantly blowing my phone up. I am a cancer patient and was just in a serious car crash hit by a drunk driver recently had surgeries from the accident so I’d be able to walk normal again and they leave threatening voicemails very unprofessional once this is paid off never again! I have also let my family and friends know not to go to this location!!!!!!!

it is the worst place you can buy !!I bought a bed for 1000 but in reality they confuse the user with an alleged interest time and dates to be able to charge interest of more than 40% but they never say that each payment to the debt is actually interest and you are really going to pay any item for one year at 40% interest.

Sadie, is the best. So professional and accommodating. Went out of her way to get me my furniture because of my schedule and then did the same thing to pick it up when i didn't need it anymore.

Icardo is extremely rude, speaks over you & hangs up on you. Will tell you payment is due on one day and starts harassing you 10 days early for the payment when in the store you were told something different. Have no tolerance for the rude and condescending tone of the employees of this store, specifically the ill-mannered sorry excuse for a customer service agent Icardo.

This people are chasing me and intimidating me just because my husband brought a TV and a laptop in this store and he's missing payments I try to explain to them that I'm separated from my husband, still merried but separated. I'm rented myself in a new house and this people tracking my new address and came to my house knocking my door trying to getting inside my house to get the items I have to explain my private life to them they get pictures of my car's plate and intimidating me with the police and I have to call the police and open a case
