The staff at this location are horrible!! I have given them three chances and each time it’s a different person male and female that are rude as hell! They never get my prescription correct! I’m done with using Walgreens!

Just waited 30 mins in drive thru for pickup then was told they did not have it after I called them yesterday to verify it was ready..actually spoke to a woman who verified it was ready. This place used to be really great. It has gone downhill all the way around. They need to be customer service!! I am very angry and let them know so. So they cut me off and walk away. They need a sign outside that says something about long waits. I do believe I'll be finding a new pharmacy!! This store must be under a management that does not care anymore. Too bad.

My experience with this walgreens has been not been great. The most recent event is the largest mishap ever. Nobody at this Walgreens pharmacy has their "can do " hat on. We have been without medications for almost a month because while my doctor office faxes them... and they fax the doctors office... nobody at this pharmacy followed corporate policy to contact the doctors office after 2 failed attempts to fill a medication. We as patients have NO transparency to this process and are dependent on our customer facing health care advocates to help. This walgreens has no interest in doing that. This walgreens contacted my doctor only after I informed them that I had filed a complaint with corporate Walgreens as well as the FL board of pharmacy. It's amazing how someone found their CAN DO hat this morning. They claim my doctor had an issue but admit it was "their failure" to notice it and they will "have a QA meeting". They say failure instead of mistake. The store manger also stated that my retelling of an experience was inconsistent with their employees' recollection. They get a point for standing up for their employees, but I will continue to pursue this through formal complaints. Oh, and yes I won't be using this pharmacy anymore. I know in the grand scheme of things I don't matter, but when a pharmacy makes a mistake that could affect our health, it is important to be public about it.

Awesome pharmacy, pharmacist and staff are very helpful. Was able to get my RX expedited and he even took time to call other store and then he called me right back just like he said he would and I was able to get exactly what I needed.

This Walgreens is horrible. The pharmacy people need to all be trained and get themselves together. There is always chaos and they are very unorganized. Also, I just called to check in on a prescription and I got a very rude woman named Danielle. I will be contacting management for sure because they are all a joke

Not one star just a empty hole. I was told my prescription was ready by my Dr..but Walgreens says they don't have one for me. This happens so often when I go to this drug store. People should try other drug stores as this one is terrible.

Stay away! Zero Stars! The pharmacist is the nastiest, most incompetent person I have EVER had the displeasure to meet in customer service!!! I am surprised Walgreens has kept her employed this long. Her pharmacy school (Florida A&M) was recently ranked 2nd WORST IN THE NATION. Walgreens will no doubt have future litigation based on the terrible actions and lack of care given by this service employee.

I've always used Walgreens because of their late hours and their multiple locations but the pharmacist here has terrible in customer service. I come here every month due to high risk pregnancy and have to be on monthly meds. I feel like when she talks to you she yells to make sure everyone else hears your conversation and try's to embarrass you. I always feel flustered and embarrassed after I leave. The pharmacy is 5 mins from my home so that is why I have stayed. Today I had a prescription for $20 and brought in a coupon to knock off $9 to save some money. Whatever she did made my price go up to $27 after she entered in the coupon code. I told her don't worry about the coupon I'll just pay the $20. She told me because she entered the coupon and canceled it the price from yesterday of $20 3/31/19 went up to $27 on 4/1/19. She told me my insurance must of changed copay prices. I asked her to just scan the barcode for the $20 she already had ready when I came to pick up but she said she couldn't do that that and ripped it off tossed it and printed a new barcode with the price of the $27. She asked me to park to the side and she would call the insurance to figure out why the price went up. Total inconvenience and since I'm high risk it wasn't worth arguing with her anymore because she was making me very upset. This is the last straw and I will be transferring my meds to a different pharmacy. I would give this place no stars but you have to click one to post this review. The pharmacist name is B.
