Yes! I applied online (not the pre-approval) but approved with financing company. So, I drove there in between jobs with only 2 hours to spare. I recently opened my own business 3 months ago. The customer service team needs to be re-trained on customer service. The manager refused all my statements (just opened my business account 1 month ago) which were cash app & square payments. Wouldn’t speak to me at all. Just flat out said “I’m not accepting that”. From one business owner to another, train your staff better. You should have the manager meet the prospective buyer & explain exactly what’s needed or tell them that they’re not going to work with them regardless! I’m a very transparent person and I expect the same. I would never treat my customers the way I was treated today.
My advice to all who check out reviews GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I will be posting this review on all 100 of my groups pertaining to my business.

We purchased a vehicle and they went above and beyond. They detailed and serviced everything so we could pickup later that day. Also ordered a few parts that were needed to be replaced without us requesting. Desmond and John were great to work with. So far everything has been great!

I just want to say that I had the greatest experience here at Speedway Auto Sales in Lake Wales! Their customer service was top notch and I can’t begin to rave about their management department. They were committed to getting me to my exact price range and where I wanted to be with my challenged credit. This place has a great staff! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and their commitment to staying late just to meet their customers needs. Thank you John, Eric, Jesus, and Bianca! I truly couldn’t have done it without guys!?

Bought a car there recently, had some issues but they have been going above an beyond to help a make everything right! Scott and Ashely have been nothing but great help an wonderful people. Never once did I feel not heard on anything. Super easy process buying the car also.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a car from them in Feb and they made me pay a $4000 down payment and I just found out that it went towards NOTHING!!!!!!! Also had to pay a separate $400 for tag & registration but they’re saying that’s what part of the down payment was for. A WEEK AFTER I GOT THE CAR IT WOULDN’T START I HAD TO SPEND $300 on a battery and $200 on a service. They did not want to reimburse me. Back light went out a few weeks later, I been calling for months/weeks. Nothing!!!!!!! The place is 1 hours and 30 min away so I can’t go there everyday. They suck. Why did I pay $4000 down to still basically have the full price of the car. The car was not CLEANED OR ANYTHING! Beware of DESMOND AS WELL. Very crooked sales man

I went to speedway auto Broc was an outstanding salesman. Got the truck I wanted drove it home .had it about 3 days Jesus tells me finance company needs work records ok before I could get it back to him he flip the switch on the low jack has the truck disabled in my yard .then turned right around kept part of my down payment . $300.00 from my down payment Broc went all out good man !! But Jesus need a lesson in auto sale this is not right !!!! Lewis in Arcadia fl
