I only left one star because there was not a negative star option. This was absolutely the worst purchasing experience of my life. We purchased a 2024 Honda Pioneer 3 months ago. This was a needed purchase for our business. We did not have time to shop around or go further away. My spouse initially called and the salesman was not real friendly but not exactly rude either. That was until she added her wife(me) onto the forms. He then became rude. When asked for an itemized breakdown he implied that if we needed that maybe we couldn’t afford one. When she asked to speak to someone else he told her that she could only talk to him. So I called and asked for the manager. I explained what happened and after he apologized we finalized everything we could over the phone and arranged to pick it up the next day. We get there and we walk around outside, after 10 minutes we went inside. They were so rude. We did not deal with Austin anymore but another salesman who was no better than the first. He pulled it around and did not show us how to do anything. And when we asked why the machine was jerking he told us that it did that and would stop when it went faster. It does that if you don’t have your seatbelt on. He lied. We went back inside signed the papers and left. Worst experience ever

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by this establishment. In addition to the absurd wait to be served, they informed me that they could not analyze my JetSky. They informed me that they accept that the JetSky has a maximum of 10 years of use. My JetSky is from 2014 and we are in 2024 and if I am not mistaken, it is within the 10-year period. They are quick and helpful when it comes to selling, but when we need support, they inform us that they cannot. Either I don't know how to do math or their 10-year math was something personal to me. I will file a formal complaint with Yamaha.

My family and I are very interested in buying an ATV (son) and a UTV (family). We went to check out the store and their selection of vehicles. We looked around outside for about 30 minutes and were ignored by the staff. So, we went inside the store and looked around. Again we were ignored. Finally, I went to the customer service counter, asked for some assistance and a price on a vehicle. After about 15 minutes we received the information and promptly left. That told us everything we needed to know > service very poor: pricing very high.

Caught a nail in the rear tire. Brought the tire in to have tube replaced. In and out in about an hour on a Monday afternoon.
