It's a nice gym. Everyone cleans off their equipment when they are done. I'm a snowbird so I have the black card membership so I can use the gym anywhere I am. I love that feature.

I stopped coming here because of one particular front desk employee. I was never member and only purchased day passes now and then. One time I came in Junior insisted I purchase a day pass on the app and refused to process the transaction at the register. This was the first time I ever heard this. I even tried on the app and couldn't do it. He was unhelpful. I ended up leaving. Another time I came in within 24 hours and he insisted the pass was expired even though it was not. He finally relented. I think he was preoccupied face timing with his girl. I go to the facility in Auburndale and I have a much better more professional experience. I don't know why this guy wanted to mess with me or is even working in a gym.
I will not be back, ever. I don't need the drama of arguing with someone every time I come in.

I go there because it's convenient. However some of the equipment is broken and they don't have as much equipment as they probably should. Staff is normally nice though

I visit Planet Fitness clubs all over the country, and this one was one of the best! Clean, well maintained equipment, and friendly employees!

Very affordable place. Very clean. Plenty of machines to choose from. Massage chairs, tanning booths for Black Card members. Great hours to suit most needs.

The cleanliness, the customer service, although there is one who appears to be the leader and does not answer any good morning and is dedicated to the phone. The equipment is very suitable with enough to participate in any exercise equipment. I am very happy to return to Planet Fitness after almost three years away.

It has been closed due to the weather for 3 days now and it is understandable during the storm but it has already passed and the day is sunny I do not understand why it is still closed when there is no longer any light to be closed because there is no danger in the time it was there more than 10 more cars came and everyone is equally disappointed.

Excellent staff members free personal trainer. The staff ensure very sanitary facilities. The Staff àlso help and assist when asked. Friendly atmosphere. Quality exercise equipment Black Card members only area which my favorite is the Hydromassage. Come take a free tour.
