“The associates at the Lake Wales pharmacy were very helpful and friendly. I had a situation with lost medication that could not be billed to insurance again as it was just filled a week before. The pharmacist, Harish was extremely helpful in finding a way to get the medication at a discounted price, saving me more than $50 out of pocket. The other 2 associates working, Alexus and Yari were very helpful in processing the transaction. I appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this pharmacy. We have been using this location for 5 years when we are here in the winter months. They have communicated with my PCP and pharmacy back home when needed. “Hi Ok.I've been going to This Publix sense I was 1 year Old. Here in Orlando, Why you Would get rid of the convenience of not cooking night and get rid of your Fried Chicken or chicken wings are not available anymore at our Publix I would like to know why ? We live very close to Publix here on Curry Ford and Conway . Is all the Publix is doing this or just ours I surely like to know why and I hope you bring it back because a lot of people are very upset . Thank you for your time . long time customer you has seen more changes in This Store then Most...”
“Last night was the best experience we’ve had at this pharmacy. My wife and I had orders for the same two prescriptions. I saw one was canceled so I was able to talk to the pharmacist on duty. He informed me my insurance denied one of my prescriptions. He provided a way that I could get a reduced price, saving us money. In spite of the fact that he was by himself he handed our situation very professionally and with much patience.”

“I was there during the busy holiday rush, however, I had to take a moment to compliment Jake who was working in the photo department that day. A woman had an issue with ornaments that she'd ordered and the level of service that this gentleman provided to her was top tier. I mean absolutely outstanding. He wasn't even helping me, but it wouldn't be right for me not to highlight service like this. I called the store and let the manager know as well. In this day and age where you see all sorts of videos on Tik-Tok with store employees doing the worst things imaginable, I am doing my part and shining the spotlight on the good guys. Jake is definitely one of the good guys!”
