This place is a ripoff I purchased and item and ended not properly working I when back to see if I can returned and they treated to call the police and have me tress passed from the store . Don’t buy anything from them.

I have been in there many times and EVERY time I've been in they have been extremely helpful and pleasant, excellent customer service. If I need anything that has to do with a pawn shop I would only go here. I'd recommend them and encourage anyone needing any pawn business to go here. ??

Went in today to see talk about selling some silver. Asked how much the buy 1 oz buffalo rounds for he told me 11 dollars half of melt price. I was astounded that they were trying to rip people off so bad. Don’t get ripped off by buying or selling them anything. Would recommend GC pawn in winter haven.
