The new ownership has been wonderful! They are making huge improvements to the facility, and the property manager, Jennifer, is always so nice and pleasant to talk with! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a storage unit!

The new ownership is AWFUL!!! Extremely rude and hateful employee in the front office. She is the only one working there and hardly EVER is actually in the office with excuses after excuses. NEVER answers the phone during hours of operation and when you leave a message it’s DAYS before you get a reply back. She has rudely hung up on us after trying to close out our unit and be done with them. They continue to raise prices each month. It started out at $80 then $85 then $95 and again to $100. Never able to tell me why or what the finally price would be. New ownership os terrible!!!!

This place is the best storage facility in town. The owners are the kindest people and very willing to help you with your storage needs as well as anything else they could help you with. The owners also work there and are personable with customers. Their prices are unbeatable, their not trying to rip you off like some other storage places close buy. If anyone ever ask if I knew of a great storage and secure storage at a great price, Pack Rat mini storage would be the referral. Thank you for all you guys do in our community.

I am very impressed with the security at Pack Rat mini storage. Also, the owners are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't use any other self storage facility in this area!
