Special thanks to Jerrisa to get me to the dealership an Oneal that actually took us through the seamless process of buying our daughters birthday present .
I have been to many dealerships in my life an have s sat with many sales people. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life and I have bought over 20 cars. All the people involved from A-to-Z. We’re consistent in their hospitality, professionalism, and their compassion to all of our concerns. The dealership was very clean ,cool ,calm an collective.
The car was amazing ,,,just detailed , gave us beautiful floor mats unlike the last dealership who wanted to charge $350. I’m a very hard sell , being didn’t feel like a sales presentation. It felt like a family get together !!!Great job Jarissa an Oneal

On August 24, 2024 I was lured by the sales folks to come to their dealership since they where having a special event & as long as I made a certain amount per month. Regardless or credit they where promising they would get me into a car. For issues of no down payment, they had a program that would take care of this. As a result of this information provided by them, we agreed to go to the dealership. They where told from the beginning my credit situation & the fact that I did not have a down payment. They said it was not a problem. This resulted in them sending me home with a deal/loaner agreement for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I had to purchase insurance on the spot to be able to drive the car away from the lot. A week later, they sent the sales person Ricardo to take the car back because they stated they where able to get a loan for me. This is not how you do business. On top of a loaner agreement they had already made me & my wife sign a DEAL AGREEMENT. To Lure folks with false advertising to their location to then make them go thru the embarrassment of taking the car back is not ethical. I even spoke to their district manager, Corey Clough who promised that we would make a deal. To add to the waste of my time, stress of the embarrasment. They lost my LIC Plate Tag#0620RA that I am now reporting stolen. I also have submitte a complain to the better business bureau. See all pictures attached to this communication.

These people will push you around and dead end you at a complaint and not follow through
These people do not file your warranty repairs
These people will lie to you
These mechanics will damage your car and don’t care if they do
These mechanics will leave other peoples property and others keys in your car
These people will make you regret buying a Kia Vehicle

In July of 2024 we purchased a 2020 KIA Soul. We had the vehicle for 2 days when the engine light came on. It is times like this when a consumer finds out what a company is all about. We took the vehicle back to Dyer Kia so they could evaluate the problem.
The service department was exceptional, Jace Smith, Jennifer Sanchez and Keith Parker are to be commended for their courtesy and professional ability to do the right thing, something that is rare in today’s world & economy. Common courtesy & getting the job done is something rarely seen but not in these people, courtesy and doing the right thing are part of their nature. It was an expensive fix but that did not matter, their main objective was standing behind their name, their commitment and making sure we were happy with our choice, which we are.
We highly recommend Dyer Kia to anyone looking to purchase a good vehicle, new or used. The commitment by Dyer Kia to stand by their vehicles is second to none.

Excellent service, they changed the oil in my car, in addition to rotating the tires, they inspected it, washed it, and offered me driver service, and all for an excellent price. Very good treatment from their employees, plus they also speak Spanish and make everything easier for you, recommended!
