I inadvertently went in misunderstanding what was needed to return some packages to Amazon and the ladies at that store (in particular Kandice) went far out of their way to assist me and to not make me feel foolish. Kandice was especially kind, helpful and professional in helping me return those very large and cumbersome packages! Thank You for such fine service.”
