I honestly cannot ever remember getting better service at any shipping office ever! I inadvertently went in misunderstanding what was needed to return some packages to Amazon and the ladies at that store (in particular Kandice) went far out of their way to assist me and to not make me feel foolish. Kandice was especially kind, helpful and professional in helping me return those very large and cumbersome packages! Thank You for such fine service.

I would give 0 if I could. promised a Tuesday morning delivery of time sensitive material and it was not delivered until Wednesday. material was taken to this UPS store on Sunday morning and overnighted for a charge of $50.86. I am new widow and this material was regarding my husband's pension which included my hospitalization paperwork.

Cherry or Sherry, can't remember is great. I am glad that under new management, guess that is what happened, since new faces appear now, that she remained with this store, and that they didn't ship her off to another store. She is someone that you can trust, her talents are great, and she is fast, and that is what UPS needs

When I'm running errands and I visit a transaction-based store, my needs are simple. It is all about SPEED and EFFICIENCY! Get me in and out and on my way quickly and I'm a happy man. I had an Amazon package to return. So, let's see what happened here. It's in a big plaza so parking was a snap. I popped in the door and the store was nice and bright and clean. There was one person in line, so I waited less than two minutes and then I was up. The guy smiled and greeted me and had my return processed and a receipt in my hand in maybe 45 seconds! He smiled again and wished me a good day and I was gone in substantially less the five minutes. That exactly what I want! The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that I didn't test them with a new shipping transaction instead of just a return, but if I have that need, you can bet I'll return here!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I recently mailed a very important package with tracking in this store. The package was lost , a woman named Madonna handled the transaction and when I called to get information and ask her to look around the store she refused. It never left that store is what Corporate UPS is telling me, never was scanned as picked up. This happened 2 months ago and Im still waiting for payment for my very expensive items. My gut tells me my package was opened and stolen right in that store. Store owner has done nothing about any of this. DO NOT USE THIS STORE, IF YOU DO YOULL BE SORRY. Jack

A package was supposed to be delivered by 10:30. I still do not have it. You guys aren't answering your phone as corporate is trying to get you to reach your incompetent driver. The fact that y'all are global and can't even get local shipment delivery right is ridiculous. Get it together. I'm so pissed off you have no idea!!

Sure, I had to drive 30 miles because there's no store in Sebring but I was in and out of this store in no time. I appreciated how quick and painless the process was to ship my return.

If I could leave this store a negative 5 review I would. They charged me $1 to tape an amazon printed label on!? Seriously. What a joke. And both men working were rude & condescending. Do yourself a favor & skip this place.
