WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT MAD CAUSE WE ASKED FOR A RECEIPT. HE ONLY GIVE IT, IF U ASK. HE SAID LAKE WALES IS FULL OF BULL...S.... HE GOT PLENTY OF MONEY...AND WE THRISTY AND DONT HAVE NOTHING HERE....AND PULLED OUT HIS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OUT OF HIS POCKET....I REPREAT....STAY AWAY..I WILL BE REPORTING THIS BUSINESS TO THR CITY AND BBB. SHUT THIS MADDESS DOWN IF YOU HATE US AND THE AREA SO BAD. THE OTHER OWNER WAS HELPFUL AND RESPECTED OUR COMMUNITY. I WILL MAKE SURE TO LET OUR COMMUNITY KNOW JUST HOW YOU FEEL..THANK YOU.

For this place to be the only store to sell hair and wigs is ridiculous. They have a lot of hair, but barely any products. ? you can't ask them advice on the hair products because they sale it, not use it.

Terrible customer service the owner definitely profiled my 11yr old son and I will never come back to place again over a box of hair dye he told my 11 yr old to show him where he put the box of hair dye that he had my son didn't have a bag or clothes big enough to even hide a box of hair dye and he acted like he was stealing smh never again 1st and last time coming here

Today I went in and touched a braided wig to see the full quality. I didn’t remove it from the mannequin. I did not want to try it on or even attempt to. (It was not up to quality that I wanted after I got to feel it) . I was yelled at by owner. I am not a child. The way I was told not to touch it because it’s $150 .Gross and Unprofessional.I will take the extra trip to Menat Beautysupply. located in Haines City to get all my needs. They have everything!!! and are nice and professional.

This store has a variety of things however I feel as if I was profiled. As I was looking at the quality of hair I was asked to not touch unless I have intentions to buyer the . What other reason would I be touching the hair if I had no intention on buying? Are we just walking in stores just to walk in stores now and days ?? Lol. After that disrespect I chose not to purchase because that is not how you treat a customer. Thanks but no thanks.
