“We had a wonderful experience today! We stopped by to replace my husband’s wedding band after losing his original. We priced things at Kay’s first but I always feel a little scammed when I shop at Kay’s and generally walk away slightly disappointed with my diamonds. While my husband selected a tungsten wedding band I picked out a pair of diamond earrings. You don’t have to know anything about diamonds to see a major difference in the diamonds you get between both stores - Elegant’s diamonds shine and sparkle like none of the others! And the ones I looked at were natural. We ended up spending less than we would have at Kay’s and I trusted our salesperson (the owner) more than anyone at Kay’s. I felt the family vibe and that I would be taken care of and not run through a corporate machine. They didn’t mind when I had to stop halfway through and grab my kiddo some food and come back munching on some french fries. The people we worked with were very sweet and knowledge. Very knowledgeable too. Overall a 10/10 experience.”

For example; it may say 14 kt gold; but it is hollow NOT SOLID GOLD. However, the price is a SOLID GOLD PRICE. I am 70 years old and I no longer buy jewelry on cruises, online or any other jewelry store. I was ripped off and you can not return on cruises or countries you visited for a few hours.
