Anna Hernandez was amazing and so patient with me, she even corrected some things that others didn't do even when asked.. and she took care of me as a walk in, last minute and every thing with a smile.... and listen I was at a different H&R for 2 hrs then was told after from the get go was told it would be 1 hr...long story short there is still ppl out there that care about you and their job, H&R is lucky to have her!!!! And we are not related in any way , but hey would be proud to be!!! Great job!!!! And thank you. JUANITA

The lady that dealt with us this evening was fantastic, helped us a lot. Renee Shuler cared about our needs. Didn't try to rush us out and took the time to explain what was done and why. She even took the time to explain what we could do for next year! Would highly recommend Renee to everyone!
