I would like to write about your location located at 1841 Bailey Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Not only is the store very clean every time I go in to this location but the store manager, Jessica is consistently friendly and very helpful. This is a rare sight in retail especially after COVID19 due to major staffing shortages. I just wanted to acknowledge your employee for the wonderful job she does at this location. Store # 11190.

This morning I went into family Dollar to pick up some air freshener and two bags of cheesies. For reasons that I have no excuse for I did not look at the expiration date, but the cashier, Tracy did. She wanted out to me that they were expired and she offered to go back and see if there were any that were still fresh. She further asked me that in the future if I noticed that something was outdated I needed to tell someone so they could take all of the expired items off of the shelf, never thought about it before, but I will be thinking about it in the future. What a wonderful experience this was

Store is old and slightly smaller than what they actually need, HOWEVER, the employees keep it very clean. I always smell cleaning chemicals when I walk in. Employees are always working on something not just standing around. They have always treated me with respect and politeness.

Omg when i walked in this store i hear a woman screaming and cursing i walk down thisisle and here is a short lady yelling and throwing things everywhere, f this and f that it eas crazy i turned around went up and asked the very nice cashier where is the manager ,she then told me that was the manager , what kind of store manager does that, wow something need to be done this was crazy. I will never come back in this store. Very unprofessional.
