“I have been with Metro for about 5 years. The last few times I have gone into the stores it wasn't the best experience. Today I went into the Metro store in Lake Wales (first time in this store.) Wonderful!! I'm pretty sure her name was Tonya. I have an employee ID from my receipt. TPEREZ1006. She was Wonderful!! She was so helpful, understood what I was asking about new phones and 5g. “I have been to many Cricket Stores around the US and Lake Wales Zcricket Wireless was by far the best one I have vis. Gaby and Faith were amazing! They worked together to help me change out my SIzm to an eSIM ( which Apple will end up doing anyway) These girls even gave me about 15 great restaurants to eat at. They had me laughing the whole time and I left happy with my service. This made my day!!”
